Myseniorcollection,TheCoast,isafivelook athleisurecollectioninspiredbywhereIgrew upontheOregonCoastwithaspecialemphasis oninspirationfromCapeKiwanda.Mygoal withthiscollectionwastotranslatewhatIseein myhome,intoacollectionofapparel.Ilovethe complexdetailsofthecoastaswellasthemany texturesandstormyweatherthatweregreat inspirationtoworkwith.Whileaestheticwas an important part of this collection, I also focused on designing pieces that were functional and comfortable especially for an athleisureuse.Manyrenderingsandfitsessions tookplacetoperfectthatgarmentsthatwillbe walkingtherunway.
