Gabby , our photographer, was amazing. She had great ideas for poses and really captured my daughter beautifully! I like how the different backgrounds are set up and we moved at our own pace. Not feeling rushed made this such a positive experience.

Had a great experience getting my senior photos. One photographer named David made the experience a lot more fun. He was funny and charismatic, while still being professional. If I ever need to get another professional photoshoot, I would absolutely return to CADY.

Letter from the Leaders

I came to CADY as an outside hire; I worked in retail management for several years, and when I was contacted about potentially running the Acworth studio, I was hesitant–not because of CADY itself, but because of the idea of change. I worked at the same company my entire career–what if I made this move and jeopardized everything in the meantime? The anxiety surrounding this was intense, but the people I was in contact with eased this and made that anxiety turn into excitement. I am so glad to have made the jump I did. My time with CADY and my team in Acworth has been the best part of my professional career thus far.

During my first few days in Acworth, I realized that this team wasn’t just here to do a job. They were here to create a premier experience for clients AND their team.

Lizzie and Ella (Assistant Studio Managers), Katie (Photo Ops Manager), as well as Nic and Noah, Shift Managers, immediately showed me how well this team blended and how much they all cared for each other. The team itself showed their passion and dedication through celebrating each other and ensuring everyone felt welcome and comfortable.

Acworth was described to me as “homey” during my training, and it has proven to be nothing but. Everyday, I get to come to work and genuinely enjoy my job and being around my team. There is never a dull moment in this studio. We make sure that things get done, but we also ensure the team is having fun. Acworth would not feel as “homey” without these traits; it makes this studio and team so special and unique.

While this studio and team were already outstanding, we’re continuing to make improvements through hiring at full capacity and rolling out new processes to make all of our lives and jobs easier. This would be impossible without the incredible leadership, experience, sales, and photography teams we have here in Acworth. I am so excited to see this studio continue to grow and do incredible things.

Lizzie Reilly Assistant Studio Manager

Lizzie fully embodies “a personal welcome.” She started with CADY as an SER and it was clear that her attitude and positive demeanor were a perfect fit. She genuinely cares about her clients and team like no other and strives to make everyone feel welcome and celebrated. We are so lucky to have Lizzie on our team in Acworth.

Cailyn Shelly Presenter

Cailyn is one of our presenters that loves any reason to celebrate her team, whether it’s for their first solo presentation, or their first time getting a Spoil Mel. She is a hype woman around the studio that makes it a point to make people feel good about themselves. Cailyn’s impact has been huge and so much fun in Acworth.

James Mincey Jr Studio Experience Representative

The best way to describe James is an “all-around team player.” He has been with CADY for two seasons now and is a stellar SER. He is warm and friendly with clients and always ensures to take their feedback into consideration. James has played a huge part in training our new SERs and it shows. He is an invaluable asset to our team.

Brian has received multiple compliments and shout outs from our customers regarding his attitude and approach to photography. Frequently he has reached out to the entire family during photo shoots, forming a genuine connection that brings the best experience out of the senior, as well as their family. Aided by his endless creativity and his genuine warmth, Brian puts his heart into every session and family he works with.

Rosemary is one of our newest SERs and genuinely brightens up the entire studio and team with her infectious personality. She always has a smile on her face when talking to our clients and ensures they leave in the best possible mood. Rosemary has gotten fantastic feedback from the team and is already one of our best with pushing reviews. We are so grateful to have Rosemary on our team this season.

Rob is practically the gold standard when it comes to the CADY photography experience. He is always coming in with a positive attitude, an easy smile, and new ideas to bring to the table. Rob has been an inspiration to the entirety of Acworth, introducing new poses and techniques that the rest of the team are eager to try out for themselves.

Nicolas is more than a necessary presence in Acworth. His pride in the studio has ensured that the team is not only high in quality, but high in spirits. He will talk people through the photographic process in order to ensure employees understand what needs to be done, and he will always go the extra mile to ensure a fair, effective workplace.

To Joy, no detail is too small in a photo that could be framed and placed in a household for decades to come. Carefully assessing each one and picking out its best factors, while also noting what can be improved. Her feedback is deeply respected by all photographers, and has been one of the greatest factors in the quality that comes from the studio.

Jelena's passion and attention to detail are unmatched and evident through the amount of flashcards she made to hold onto! She was so involved and engaged during training that we knew she would excel as an SER. Jelena has also started to be cross-trained on presentations and never answers “no” to whether or not she’d like to learn something.

Mason is new with CADY this season but has started off with a bang. He demonstrates authenticity and integrity with his clients and his team to ensure the presentations are run smoothly and with purpose. Mason isn’t afraid to point out flaws or mistakes (even with management!) if it means that the integrity of our work will be fine. Mason has exceeded expectations so far and we’re so excited to see him grow in Acworth.

To know Noah is to appreciate Noah, and Acworth appreciates Noah more than he probably realizes! He is constantly a sounding board and trainer for his team, and the team welcomes any and all feedback from him. We all know Noah would not tell you something he didn’t absolutely mean, which causes his team to grow quickly and better in the long-run.

Always eager to jump in and aid photographers and lift the moods of students, David’s presence is like a ray of sunshine. He always has a compliment ready for photographers, and he is always quick with a joke to get students relaxed in front of the camera. No matter if it is elevating mood or talent, David is the embodiment of the principle.

Lawrence is constantly moving and dedicating time to the studio. His efficiency is a marvel to behold on the floor, and it is only matched by his skill and effort as a photographer. He is always available to dedicate extra hours to the studio if needed, and he is always the first to volunteer to aid with closing, or spending extra time on the busiest of days.

Ella has been at this studio longer than anyone else, and her deep love and dedication to CADY is something that everyone recognizes and appreciates. She lives the 3.5.7 by embodying CADY’s principles of celebration and elevation. Ella is one of our greatest assets and we would not be able to fully function without her dedication!
