Letter from the Leaders Dear CADY family, I wanted to take a moment to express my deep appreciation for the incredible journey we have embarked on together over the past 4 months that I have been a part of the team. It has been an inspiring and transformative period of growth for not just myself but our entire team. I am sincerely grateful for the unwavering support and encouragement that each and every one of you has provided to me as I made the transition from Studio Experience Representative to Lead Presenter. The CADY family has shown me what it truly means to be a team. Together, we have pushed the envelope , overcome challenges, and celebrated countless victories and will continue to do so well into the future. The strength of our team lies in the innovation and creativity that we bring to the table. Each member of our CADY family has played a vital role in our success, contributing their unique talents and perspectives. Kwacha was new to CADY this season and he really sets an example for what “Premier Experience” means. Every day, Kwacha comes in with a megawatt smile ready to take great photos and have a great time doing it. He has the ability to make anyone laugh and brings so much light to a busy day. He creates a premier experience for not only the seniors and their families, but for everyone he works with as well.
