Amazing job!! I cannot begin to express how happy I was with our photographer Davis and team. The video and photos left us speechless and honestly had the best experience ever.
The studio is well set up for an efficient and enjoyable process. The photographers clearly love what they do and are very good at creating a relaxing and personal experience. Kyle went above and beyond and got super creative to help nail a difficult action shot my son was hoping for. We really appreciate the time he took with us, and my son is very satisfied with the result!

Letter from the Leaders
Team,
A leader is someone who knows the way, goes the way, and shows the way” - John Maxwell. This quote is especially important to me because we lead by example. We eat, sleep, and breathe to provide a premier experience. Being a leader means doing something without being asked, guiding others by example, and coaching your team to be their best selves. Being a leader is more important to me than being a manager, because you have people that look up to you. The energy you pour into every day trickles down to every employee in the studio. This is especially important to me since it is my first season with CADY.
I aim to provide not only a premier experience for our customers, but our loyal employees who show up every day to provide that experience. We all work so closely together, that if one person is not doing what is asked, it will fall onto the studio as a whole. We aim to leave a memorable, long-lasting impression on these students and their families, and we want it to be a premier one.

Michelle is always finding something to do with a smile on her face. Following around each student that she does hair/ makeup for, and makes sure they are comfortable, excited, and happy with their experience.

Upcoming Team Building Event
We will be having a Team Building event in Sept/ Oct and we're looking for ideas! Let a manager know if you know of something fun we could do.
Monthly Studio Deep Cleaning
On the first Sunday of every month we will be deep cleaning the studio. Dinner will be provided to team members.
