This was a really cool place to take my senior pictures. All of the employees are so sweet.

When I first came to CADY, I was so nervous about taking photos because I'm not so comfortable in new places. When I got there and starting taking pictures, I was so surprised. My photographer, AJ , was hyping me up and the rest is history. He's got an eye for photography, cause all the photos that we took came out so good. The environment is also so much fun to be in and it was overall such an enjoyable experience.

Had the best time with my son taking his senior photos. The facility was nice but the staff were nicer! Ann was terrific. Energetic and upbeat through the priceless and always open to suggestions. Baba was excellent also as he was methodical with the pics and poses he shot. Very personable young man. We thoroughly enjoyed working with both of them as they made the experience memorable. Bring lots of outfits here as there are so many backgrounds to select from. I'm glad we went with CADY and would definitely recommend them for your kids' Senior photos as well.

My daughter's photographers Jordan , CJ , Dee , and their entire staff were amazing. We had fun with all of them. Jordan is such a hard working photographer and has so much patience. The studio is clean and accommodating.

I loved this place so much, every single staff member I met was nice and made me feel comfortable during my whole session there. Dee was the first photographer I had and she did an excellent job and coached me all the way through the session. I didn't catch the names of anyone else who helped me, except Michael , who did my Cap & Gown and yearbook picture. He made feel comfortable and was very nice, too. Thank you to all the staff members that me through my whole session.

We had a client who has special needs and during check in I wanted to ensure the family had the best service. I walked up to Baba and Jared letting them know our last client was the best client of the night and they went up to her with full excitement. Baba and Jared bent down to her eye level, introduced themselves with high fives, and asked her if she was so excited for her session. The work they put in to ensure Ada had the best experience was the simple session. Her parents were so grateful for the experience and the time they both took to ensure Ada would have fun. They both were phenomenal.

A client was beyond frustrated with all points of service with her initial experience that CADY itself couldn’t correct. The client was passed around through different employees and then didn’t have a great experience for check out. She was in tears and upset. Megan looked into her profile and noticed how she could resolve the situation with the client and be the “hail Mary” for recovering the situation. She apologized to the client and communicated that she knows her experience hasn’t been what it should have been and wanted to be the one to give the client the chance to believe in CADY. Megan heard the clients needs, had several options to make her feel valued, and the client thanked Megan for her extraordinary customer service.

Farhan goes above and beyond to ensure his clients have an amazing experience in the studio and ensure his team feels the same. Farhan comes in consistently with such stride as a lead photographer. He exemplifies living the 3.5.7 on a daily basis by being a guide to his team and his clients. Countless reviews have been given about Farhan and he exudes nothing but kindness and eagerness. He jumps in when he sees an opportunity to improve service and gives feedback to his team to support them. He is never critical, but consistently encouraging to others.
