STAR-SHARPSTAR-SHARPSTAR-SHARPSTAR-SHARPSTAR-SHARp Let me start by saying the entire Cady team was great. Each photographer was very attentive. My daughter is very shy and Daniel was able to bring her out of her shell and make her laugh. She truly enjoyed her photo shoot. Thanks to the team and a special thanks to Daniel for making this a great experience for my daughter.

STAR-SHARPSTAR-SHARPSTAR-SHARPSTAR-SHARPSTAR-SHARp I was greeted and given a tour of the clean and prop stacked photo op stages. Employees explained the process clearly. They took their time to get the best pics for my son. Would recommend and use again.

STAR-SHARPSTAR-SHARPSTAR-SHARPSTAR-SHARPSTAR-SHARp My daughter Serenity had her photo shoot today, this was beyond our expectations. Luis and staff were great. Serenity had ideas, props and expressed her vision to Luis and he exceeded that. Was an amazing day and amazing time. Thank you for making my daughter's day wonderful and capturing those lasting memories for us.

STAR-SHARPSTAR-SHARPSTAR-SHARPSTAR-SHARPSTAR-SHARp The makeup and hairstylist, Kendra, did an amazing job and made me feel like a princess. My photographer, Raphael was so amazing and sweet! If you get him, you will not be disappointed!

My son had his portraits done at the Orlando studio and his photographer, Chris was amazing!! Chris helped Greyson relax and get comfortable in front of the camera quickly, was great and guiding Greyson into poses and helped choose the right looks for each scene. He made the day fun and relaxing and the proof was in the gorgeous results!

ORLANDO

Letter from the Leaders Personally, I’ve been CADY Orlando’s Shift Manager for one year and I couldn’t be happier. Being chosen to be in a leadership position has been a privilege and I am grateful to be placed in such a position. Additionally, working alongside my fellow team members, it’s been great seeing other photographers step up in leadership roles voluntarily when the moment presented itself. All of us in the Orlando studio do our best to help one another out when needed. When Kassandra Barberena, our Photo Ops Manager, informed us that she will be on maternity leave, the other three shift managers (Davalous Wynn, Carlin Bauschsanchez and Remi Salva) and myself knew our responsibilities would increase considerably. Nevertheless, all four of us have proudly taken control and made sure the studio operates and functions as normal as possible. Our relationship with one another has grown and become stronger as a unit when it comes to the day-to-day operations of the studio while Kassandra is away. Understanding the dichotomy between being a leader and a follower has been immensely eye-opening, especially for me. We are looked upon as leaders by the rest of the staff to provide answers to their questions. But it’s been equally important to be a follower by letting go of our individual ego and have one of our lead photographers take control of a team while out on location. Being a leader is not about barking orders or building an over-inflated ego for ones own personal gain. Being a leader is about building trust and relationships with your fellow team members, both on the studio floor and on location. Being a leader is about being compassionate to one another and treating each other with respect. At the same time, being a leader is about communication when it comes to making decisions, making it clear to the rest of the squad and being firm in maintaining the standards and culture of the company.

I love the serenity Maria was able to capture with this photo. I love the distance between the camera & subject because the high focal length combined with low aperture compresses everything into a tack-sharp, cozy and shallow focus.

ARROW-UP-LEFT Minimalist Backgrounds The composition Daniel creates with a simple foreground & background is very minimalist but so pleasing to look at. Choosing to backlight the subject while they rest on a raised mulch patch separates the subject from the background even more aggressively than an f/2.8 usually does.
