My child is very introverted and Ms. Diblasi had him opening up, smiling and ready to take pictures.

Sam V talked me throughout the whole thing and was very accommodating when I asked if I could redo this or that. It was especially fun for my sister and I to just goof off at the last pictures she took of us. And Christian directed what poses I could do (since I didn't know what to do) and was very detailed with the little things which I appreciated. And all the photos turned out great! He even took pictures of us at the end of the shoot when we were done. My mom and I weren't thinking of buying the photos before, but even the raw photos looked so good!

Letter from the Leaders Hello Beautiful People, I hope this letter finds you all in good spirits! We are coming to the end of the year and, with that, closer to the end of our season. It has been a rollercoaster of a ride this season, and I have seen nothing like it in my five years at CADY. I was promoted to this position last October, and I couldn't truly fathom how much I would learn from being in a manager role in this capacity.

The most crucial thing I've learned and often take for granted is showing gratitude. And as we come to a season of thankfulness, I want to take the time to truly express my gratitude to this team.

You have consistently demonstrated unwavering commitment and resilience in the face of challenges and uncertainties. Your tireless efforts have not gone unnoticed, and I want to acknowledge the incredible contributions each and every one of you has made to CADY's success. YOU ARE CADY! Your commitment to excellence has been a driving force behind our achievements, and I am genuinely grateful for the passion and enthusiasm you bring to your work every day. Whether it's dealing with not-so-pleasant parents, last-minute changes in schedules/policies, or going the extra mile to ensure our schools, our clients, and, most importantly, our team is in good hands, your dedication has been nothing short of inspiring.

I can honestly say there have been tears of joy watching some of you bloom exponentially in your time here, but there have also been some tears of frustration. But I wouldn't trade those days for anything cause how could we recognize the joyful times if we never experience the hardships?!

Please know that I appreciate every single one of you not just as a team member of this organization but as complex individuals who bring their own uniqueness, diverse perspectives, and talents to everything we do here. Know that when I say "Hello Beautiful People," I mean it!!
