LIVIN’ GOOD HOME GROUP

LIVIN’ GOOD HOME GROUP

How long has your team been together?

We are a relatively "Young" team, founded in April of 2023.

What

sets your team apart?

We believe there are several factors that set us apart from other teams such as we are a very diverse team and leverage each others experiences to enhance the buying and selling process for our clients. We have the ability to go above and beyond the normal transaction process for our clients.

Is

there a quote that represents your team?

The crude version of my philosophy of the team is " Make shit do shit" Meaning, everything is possible, all problems are solvable, and every deal is closable! Sometimes things are hard and not every conversation is good news, however remain dedicated to the client and find the workable solution.

What

is your Real Estate team’s mission?

Our mission is simple, to provide an exceptional buying or selling experience through trust, loyalty, and integrity all the while having fun and building a lasting relationship with our clients.

What is your best advice to a Real Estate agent wanting to create a

Real Estate team?

If you are thinking of building a team of your own, understand the responsibilities that inherently come with it. Prepare to see it through as a business owner, responsible to your agents and their success. Be present, be available, and be prepared to have the answers your agents need.

What

drives your team to be successful?

Our clients drive us to be successful! While this is an occupation, there is an element of personal interaction that is unlike many other careers, and this keeps us striving for success with our clients.

What made you choose CENTURY 21 Bradley to create your dynamic team?

I choose to build our team with C21 Bradley for many reasons but first and foremost it was the freedom I was allowed to have within running the team. I feel empowered to run our business how I best see fit and can make course corrections on the fly in need be without a plethora of bureaucratic red tape. C21 Bradley offers all of the tools necessary and most importantly, an incredible support staff that helps to ensure our success. It is a very motivating brokerage that has our backs!

What is your best advice to anyone wanting to buy a home?

Begin the process early. Select your Realtor (the Living' Good Home Group, of course!) and set up a detailed consultation. In this phase we will help align the buyer with the correct lenders to review their financial landscape and work through the pre-approval process. ASK QUESTIONS, we believe an educated buyer is able to ascertain the buying process much clearer and will ultimately have a better buying experience. Be clear as to what the goals are, the needs Vs. wants, and have realistic expectations for your budget. Finally and most importantly, Trust your Realtor. We are here to help guide you through the buying process by navigating through negotiations, understanding requirements and inspections, make helpful recommendations, and ensure you successfully close the transaction.

What is your best advice to anyone wanting to sell a home?

Do your homework and trust your agent! Prepare the home for the market by making necessary repairs, decluttering, and cleaning. Ask questions, an educated seller is a more profitable seller. Your Realtor will present market data which should be carefully reviewed and will assist in setting the selling price and set realistic expectations for days on the market. Marketing materials are extremely important to present the home and should consist of professional photography and videography, high level social media campaigns, circle prospecting and direct mail, open houses, and flyers. Ultimately, be prepared, be realistic, and be patient.

Why is your Real Estate team, the team to work with?

We are the team to work with because we make the experience enjoyable, and we take our responsibilities extremely seriously.

What does your Real Estate team value most?

Absolutely, my team leader Justin Longardner. Before I even got my license it was easy to see how passionate he is about this career. He is always happy to provide support, guidance or a push if you're slacking. I am excited to continue to learn and grow within this industry and with him in my corner I know I can be successful.

I’m passionate about helping people find their dream homes and building genuine connections within my community. Real estate allows me to do both! I’ve always been fascinated by the dynamics of the real estate market. It’s exciting to guide clients through the process, using my expertise to help them make smart investments. For me, real estate is about more than just bricks and mortar. It’s about capturing the feeling of ‘home’ and showcasing properties in a way that truly resonates with sellers and buyers. I thrive in the fast-paced, independent environment that real estate offers. I enjoy the challenge of building my own business and managing my own success.

I believe these factors make me well-suited for a rewarding career in this industry.

Build a Strong Network: Expanding connections with clients and colleagues

How do you prioritize a work-life balance in a demanding profession?

Prioritizing work-life balance in the demanding real estate profession requires setting clear boundaries, leveraging technology, and managing time effectively. Establish office hours to maintain availability without sacrificing personal time, and use tools like CRM systems and virtual tours to streamline workflows. Scheduling blocks for both work and personal activities ensures neither gets neglected, while self-care practices—such as exercise, mindfulness, and regular breaks—help prevent burnout. Additionally, learning to say no to low-priority tasks and building a strong support network can keep you grounded. A balanced approach not only enhances career performance but also nurtures long-term well-being.
