What made you oose a c e in Real estate?
A career in real estate felt like a suitable choice for me due to the flexibility that it offers. My family remains my top priority. As long as I am maintaining an organized schedule, I am able to show up for them insuring they know that they have my full support in everything that they do.
What st te es do you use to ke up with m ket ges?
I keep myself current on todays market by beginning my day with a hot cup of coffee and the Market Monitor. I love checking out the new listings every morning, seeing which houses have sold, and how long houses are sitting on the market before being sold. I am also very fortunate to have a great relationship with some genius lenders that consistently send out market updates that ensure I am caught up on what’s going on in todays economy.
Do you have y goals for the next 5 ye s?
To ask me about my goals is to have an hour long conversation with me! I tend to dream big, however I put that goal at the top of the stairs paved by a bunch of little goal steps! Ultimately one of my biggest goals right now is to do real estate full time. I plan to do that by creating a work environment that I consistently enjoy, making genuine connections with everyone around me, and giving everything I have to those who entrust me with one of their biggest purchases in life.
How do you p o tize a work-life bal ce in a dဧ ding profession?
Prioritizing a work life balance has been one of the toughest things about real estate so far for me. I am married with two beautiful boys at home Ryker(8) and Anakyn(3), I try to occupy most of my week with real estate, on the weekends you can find me behind the bar at Arena Bar and Grill, at the soccer field, or at the baseball diamonds.
Is th e yone that you re rd highly or see as a m tor?
I personally view all of my Team Members as mentors. They all have their own niche which has been an extremely valuable resource for me. Every single one of them are incredibly hard working, knowledgeable, and willing to lend a helping hand at any time. I am very fortunate to be a part of this little family Dana has created.
How do you st d out from oth Realtors ® ?
I believe that I stand out due to my genuine desire to do good by others. Ultimately this is my job and I want to be successful, but I don’t initially measure that by the numbers I am producing. The clients that I have had thus far have become like family to me. I want to find them the best house for their needs just as much, if not more, than they do!

My greatest piece of advise, to someone wanting to get into real estate, as a new agent is do your research! Whether is on the brokerage you are joining, the school you will be attending, or the start up fees you will incur trying to get started- know what you are getting yourself into. It is also super important to give yourself Grace. Real estate is a fast paced industry and at times it can feel like everyone is lapping you consistently, but remember to take every experience as a learning experience. There is so much more to learn than you are taught in school. Patience with yourself and others around you is key, everyone starts somewhere.
Expanding my business is something that I have put a lot of time and energy into. I try to focus on genuine connections with potential clients. Ensuring that I have a good foundation to stand on with the clients I have, has kept me focused on the end goal as well as allowed me to dive into every aspect of their transaction fully. I have learned something new through every conversation, every document, and every interaction I have had in regard to real estate , and I fully believe that it will allow me to be a better agent in the long run because of it. When I do have the opportunity to work multiple deals at a time, I believe the experiences I am having currently will help better prepare me to manage them efficiently.
I would absolutely love to have a specialty as my career develops, I absolutely love old homes. When my Husband and I were initially looking for our home, I fell head over heels in love with an older home in the ’05 on Pemberton. We unfortunately didn’t get it, but I have been obsessed with similar homes ever since. The charm old homes have to offer are absolutely unmatched.
