THE FREEDOM GROUP

Why are you the real estate team to work with?
The Freedom Group prides itself on working together. We are patient with our clients, great negotiators, and responsive. When you hire one of us you get the whole team of expertise and experience.
Technically, I didn't create it. I was recruited to C21 in late 2017. Less than a year later, the team leader at that time left the company and I just had to step up and take over. The remaining team members just naturally banned together and we grew the team to what is today.
It's important to make sure you select the right agents that share a common goal and get along with each other. I don't generally decide who is added to the team without the whole team having an opportunity to meet potential new members and get their opinions.
Ensuring that all of our clients have a smooth transaction. We have learned that satisfied customers will refer us to their friends and family and that is our mission of growing a successful business.
Our clients will always be our top priority, but the camaraderie of the Freedom Group is unmatched. We feel very fortunate to have the team we've put together. We learn from each other every day and help one another hit our individual goals
What sets your team apart from competitors?
Not only do we work together, but we have a very unique relationship with each other. You'll often find us hanging out brainstorming and planning, while still having fun. We know each other well and we always have each other's back!
Find a Realtor you can trust. I can't stress this enough. A great agent has a team of professionals that can guide you through the process and if a situation should arise, they can remain calm and keep you grounded while trying to keep the deal moving forward to get to the closing table.
The leadership and the staff at C21 Bradley is a key component of our success. As agents, we often rely on each other, but we know that if we need anything we can always reach out to Jim, or anyone else to help! Without their support, I don't think any of us would be as successful.
“The way a team plays as a whole determines it’s success. You may have the greatest group of individual stars in the world, but if they don’t play together, the club won’t be worth a dime.” -Babe Ruth
Be Realistic. It always comes down to price.
What made you choose a career in real estate?
I chose a career in real estate because it allows me to blend my passion for helping people with my interest in property and investments. Real estate is a dynamic eld that offers a great deal of accomplishment and satisfaction.
How do you stand out from other Realtors®?
I like to stand out by showing my clients how hard I work for them! I want them to feel like they are my only client. To me, that means answering the phone, or texting them back if I’m not available, walking them through the whole process, taking as much off their plate as I can, checking up on them after closing.
Can you share a memorable story you have from
Establishing relationships has always been a high priority in my business. During my routine banking business at the credit union, I met one of the my favorite clients. She and her ance bought their rst home with me and I was there every step of the way. A few months later she contacted me and asked if I would o ciate her wedding. Me? a wedding? Absolutely....I got ordained and the wedding was full of love and a lot of laughter.
What strategies do you use to keep updated on market trends and changes?
I attend C21 Global Conferences and webinars to keep up to date on the latest trends. Networking with other agents, lenders and vendors. Most importantly, staying positive and being able to adapt to the changes in market.
What sets your team apart from competitors?
I know everybody will say it is because we are a family! The reality is that we are all so different it makes us better people and Realtors®. We are able to have the most amazing time working, learning and playing together.
What is your main way of expanding your client base?
I think the best way to expand my client base is by being involved in my community and building genuine relationships with my clients. My clients can expect to build a trusting, caring and personal relationship with me that I feel will not only make them want to come to me, but also refer their friends and family as well.
Weirdly, I've been involved with the real estate business for a long time. I worked at a title company right out of high school, then I had a long and successful career with a large real estate investment trust. That career kept me very busy and I traveled a lot for work, then my life changed. I got married and started a family in my late 30's and realized that living a jet set life no longer worked for me. I gave it all up to prioritize my family and real estate has given me the opportunity to have the work/life balance that I needed. What made you choose a
