I have always been interested in homes and the market. I was recruited by a past managing broker in 1999.

What led you to become a REALTOR®?

Our mother, Judy Holsinger, was a Realtor for 34 years. We always admired her passion for real estate and her clients. We both worked different jobs that weren’t fulfilling or ideal for us, so whether real estate is our end goal or a stepping stone to something bigger, it is something we LOVE to do right now.

What is your favorite part about being a REALTOR®?

The list is endless really. We love the real estate environment, our co-workers, the social aspect of realty, unique property sites, the flexible schedule, and especially the joy of our clients after finding their dream home or selling theirs to take the next big step in life! It's not an easy career to be married to.

What does being a REALTOR® mean to you?

It means walking up to the “maze” and navigating through it seamlessly. Starting with earning our clients trust, easing their worries, walking them through the process step by step, prompt and thorough communication, dedication, precise hard work, and delivering a flawless end result.

The fact that we are a team! We do everything together. Open Houses, Marketing and Closings. You don’t get one of us without the other! We are TWO Realtors both giving 100% to our clients.

What are you passionate about as a REALTOR®?

We are passionate about our paperwork and ensuring that our clients are always protected and their needs represented. In addition, we always go above and beyond with explaining everything to ensure our clients understand and feel comfortable prior to signing any document(s).

What are you passionate about as a REALTOR®?

With each transaction, we always strive to be better than the last one. We also enjoy setting monthly/yearly goals for ourselves as well.

What is your favorite part about being REALTOR®?

We absolutely LOVE calling our clients to let them know their offer was accepted!

What does being a REALTOR® means to you?

It means always putting our clients’ needs above our own and doing the right thing. At the end of the day, we just want to be able to sleep at night knowing we did the best job that we could for each and every client.

We are always 100% transparent with our buyers and sellers as well as with other agents. We work hard for our clients, but feel we are working as a TEAM with other agents as opposed to working against them.

What led you to become a REALTOR®?

Had a course in college on home styles and components of a home, which just inspired me to explore the idea of becoming a Realtor.

What drives you to be successful, in your business?

I get so much joy out of real estate. Working with people and making a difference in my community with several charity organizations I’m working with.

It’s my full time career and I work 24/7. Dedication is important. Part time is not an option in this business to do a great job!
