With components such as Social Justice and Diversity and the Indianapolis Community Requirement, students will expand their horizons and explore new perspectives. Core courses like Global and Historical Studies, and Analytic Reasoning will make you a sharper thinker, a more accomplished writer, and someone who has the ability to make connections between unrelated concepts. The Engineering Dual Degree Program is a five-year program that offers students a Bachelor of Science degree from both Butler University and Purdue University’s School of Engineering and Technology in Indianapolis. The Music Therapy program is a five or six-year program that offers students a Bachelor of Science degree from IUPUI in Indianapolis and a Bachelor of Arts in Music or Music Education from Butler University. 85+ majors at majors.butler.edu.

Transfer Application Requirements To submit a transfer application, you need to have 12 or more credit hours of college coursework after high school graduation (completed or currently enrolled) or be seeking a second bachelor’s degree. • Official transcript from each college or university attended, submitted electronically to transferadmission@butler.edu or mailed directly from the issuing institution. (Applicants must be in good standing with their previous colleges/universities, earning grades of C- or higher.) • Additional materials may be required for admission consideration; other requirements may be set by specific programs.
