Advancing Butler From the desk of Stacy Cofer Vice President of Advancement
April 2019—VOL 7— Issue Two
On March 1, the Butler Benefit Auction raised $238,000! The Foundation’s only annual fundraising event, chaired by Scott and Betsy Redler, saw another successful year. It is always immensely gratifying to see how our volunteers, students, and staff come together and provide a truly memorably experience for the donors and guests that attend this event. Our theme “Butleropoly!” lent a fun and festive air. An exciting feature this year focused on the hospitality management and culinary arts students who created six themed appetizer stations. The decorations and food for each station were all prepared by students, with oversight from instructors Chef John Michael and Alexis Michael. Thank you to all who contributed to this wonderful night!
