The recent development in production of extra-length plywood panels serves as well to extend the plywood sales opportunities in marine construction. These oversize panels are the express answer to many a boat builder's problem, amateur and professional alike, as single panels rvill cover from stem to transom. Most popular lengths are 16, 20, 24-foot sheets for outboards, sailboats and small cruisers. Constant, aggressive advertising and promotion constitutes the second point. A substantial phase of this is devoted to preparation of basic use booklets designed as sales-builders through showing how to capitalize fully on plywood's inherent properties.
