The winners in the Kimberly-Clark Corporation contest were awarded 1000 square feet of Kimsul insulation. They were G. W. Gruber, Mullin Lumber Co., Los Angeles; Geo. W. Hays, Gibbs Lumber Co., Placentia; Mrs. Robert M. Viney, Baldwin Park Lumber Co., Baldwin Park; J. K. Lawler, Patten-Blinn Lumber Co., Los Angeles; Marc Latham, Carpenteria Lumber Co., Carpinteria; Tom Fox, John Fisher l-umber Co., Santa Monica; and Dan A. Schafer, Seemann Lumber Co., Whittier. They guessed that the length of the roll of Kimsul insulation blanket on display rvas 400 feet. The exact length was 401 feet, 5 inches.

The equipment and products exhibit was a feature of the three-day convention, and the dealers had an opportunity to see the many new developments that have been made in the lumber and building materials industry during the postwar years. The following firms had exhibits:
