Everett Lampson, chairman of the Sonoma County Boarcl of Supervisors and Charles Toohey, mayor pro tem of Santa Rosa, opened the morning activities and tl.ranked the Council for choosing Sonoma coullty ancl Santa Rosa as its nelv headquarters.
