Everett Lampson, chairman of the Sonoma County Boarcl of Supervisors and Charles Toohey, mayor pro tem of Santa Rosa, opened the morning activities and tl.ranked the Council for choosing Sonoma coullty ancl Santa Rosa as its nelv headquarters. Under his leadership the Committee discussed prrblication of another issne of the teacirers' bulletin, approving it ancl publication of a bibliography of conservatior-r education rnaterials. Discussion was held on the merits of adult eclucatior-r programming and forestry and lumber-
