Trend to "mixed cars" continues

"Our long-range plan," according to Hagen, "is to give our distributors immediate loading of stock moulding and millwork items in any combination of our four species: Ponderosa pine, Philippine mahogany, Douglas fir and/or white fir. By combining our facilities with those of Dant, for example, it became possible to ship mixed cars of moulding, inside door jambs and exterior frames, either solid or fin-
