R. Anthony "Tony" Denio, 48, Reno, Nev., died Sept. 4, in a Reno hospital.
A native of Martinez, Calif., he was from 1948 until his death, in charge of field and mill operations of the Feather River Lumber Co.. more tecently known as the Reno Mill Works.
From 1945-48. he lived in Sacramento where he was co-owner in a lumber and trucking company known as the Denio Brothers. He also operated the Denio Brothers Trucking Co. in Reno,
He was a member of the Reno Masonic Lodge No. 13, Scottish Rite Bodies in Ely, Kerak Temple of the Shrine, in Reno, was a member of the Royal Order of the Jesters and the Navy League in Reno.
Surviving are his widow, June; a daughter. Gail Patterson; a son, Richard; brothers, James and Louis; and 3 grandchildren,

Harry J. Kennedy, formerly in the shipping departrnent of Consolidated Lumber Co., died August 28 of a heart attack. He was 73.
With Consolidated fcr 37 years in theit. various locations, he was em- ployed until they wer"e closed by E, K, Wood.
Mr. Kennedy is survived by his widorv, Florence; brother, Fred; sisler, Mrs. Margaret McDonald and son, Kenneth A. Kennedy.
