Annual stresses merchandising

A TEN YEAR attendance record was f, shattered when the Lumber llerchants Association stased its 28th annual convention at the Sahara Tahoe. Stateline. Nevada. Nearly 300 dealers, suppliers and their wives attended the April 28-30 event which could best be termed a "cram course" in advertising and merchandising and we at The Merchant Magazine are both appreciative and proud to have been a part of the "course."

A lot has been said and read about advertising, merchandising and closer dealer-supplier cooperation in recent years and the members of LMA are actually doing something about it. In fact, these three subjects dominated the program

For centuries the Havasupais ("People of the blue-sreen waters") have made
