Exterior transparent stains in four natural wood tones specifically formulated for pressure treated lumber are now available from Duckback Products Co.

Without hiding the wood's natural grain and texture, the stains use a unique blend of transoxide pigments to transform the treated wood's green tint into a cedar, heart redwood, canyon or coastal tone. The Superdeck "Special I'-ormula" stains' three different oils, transoxide pigments and other ingredients provide high durability, ultraviolet protection, water resistance and mildew control.

They are recommended for exterior use on quality wood siding, shakes, decks. gazebos, spa cabinets and furniture.

The 18" tapered shingles are kiln dried, trimmed to 4-15116" width and precision cut for smooth texture and uniform thickness. Each 96- wood species. Sidelights, toplights and Sculptured Crystal glass are also available.

Tiue to his father's maxim, many things have changed at Horstmeier Lumber Company in the last 84 years. The company has taken on many new product lines, it has increased its volume of business immensely, it has taken on new customers, new management and it has even moved to a new location.

Amidst all this growth and changg two factors have remained unchanged: the Galvins still run the show at Horstmeier Lumber Company and PLM still provides the coverage.
