ORDER & SHIPPING DEADLINES

PRESEASON TERMS

• MAP pricing effective December 15th, 2023 – August 24th, 2024.

• Minimum commitment per shipment is $250.00 Silver-Platinum, excluding Bronze level.

• Order Confirmation - Will be sent 3 weeks following receipt of order.

• Preseason Terms - Based on program level participation and pending credit review and approval. Cannot be combined with any other offer. Cannot be appiled to previous orders.

• Credit Cards – Credit card payments are not accepted in connection with preseason orders.

• Prepay Accounts – Accounts on prepay are not eligible for Preseason Program.

• Order Changes – Changes to your preseason order must be made no later than 3 weeks prior to scheduled ship date.

Buff, Inc. reserves the right to cancel the preseason order and all discounts are forfeited. Order Reduction of 5% or More – Any reduction of 5% or more will result in the recalculation of your overall program level and final invoice will reflect program discount adjustment.

TERMS

Standard terms are Net 30 days with approved credit. Prices are subject to change without notice. Shipping is FOB Franklin, MA. Standard shipping is via ground transportation.

PleasenotethatinconnectionwithpurchasesofBUFF® product,credit cardpurchasesarenotallowedinanyinstancewherethedealeris alreadyreceivingapriceonsuchBUFF® productthatisdiscountedfrom BUFF® currentlistprices.BUFF® furtherreservestherighttorefuse creditcardtransactionsonanyandallpurchases,whetherdiscounted orfullprice.However,intheinstanceoffullpricepurchasesbyaretailer ofBUFF® product,BUFF® mayinitssolediscretionchoosetoacceptcredit cardpayment,providedthatBUFF® reservestherighttoadjustthepriceof any BUFF® productpurchasedbycreditcardinordertoaccountforrelevant transactionfeesandcosts,subjecttoanyapplicablelaw.

MINIMUMORDER

Openingminimumorderforanewdealeris24units.Pleaseorder atleasttwounitsperitemnumber.Minimumreorderthereafteris 24units.Youmaymixanycombinationofdesignsormodelstomeet theminimumorder.

BACKORDERS

Allbackorderswillbeautomaticallycanceledunlessthetotal backorderquantityis24ormoreunits.Dealerpaysfreight.

LATEPAYMENTS

PASTDUEACCOUNTSWILLNOTBESHIPPED.Pastdueaccounts aresubjecttoafinancechargeof1.5%permonthonunpaidbalance.

DISTRIBUTIONPOLICY

MAP POLICY

The price for BUFF® products ordered by dealer (including any applicable discounts) shall be as set out in the BUFF® dealer price list in effect for dealer’s country on the date such order is received by BUFF®. BUFF® may change the dealer price list in effect without notice to dealer. Without limitation of the foregoing, dealer acknowledges and agrees that BUFF® utilizes a MAP program, further set forth in Section 16 of dealer agreement, to which dealer shall adhere.

REFUSEDSHIPMENTS

Shipmentsarethesoleresponsibilityofthedealer.Liabilityrestswith the dealeriftheshipmentisrefused.Freightplusa20% repackaging/ restockingchargewillbeassessedifrefused.

RETURNS

Returnauthorizationmayberequestedforitemsshippedinerror. Contact CustomerServiceat707.569.9009M-F,8am-5pmPST forareturnauthorizationnumber.Itemsreturnedwithout returnauthorizationorwhichdonotappearonourcurrentcatalogandprice listwillnothavecreditvalue.Ifanauthorizationisissuedforreasonsother thanthosedeemedbyBUFF®,a20%repackaging/restockingfee willbe assessed.Freightwillbepaidbythedealer.
