2) Old Business A. We had a bake sale on March 27th. i.

We raised around $120. #yayy B. The Egg Hunt was last Saturday on March 28th. i.

We raised $80 for Kamp Kiwanis.

3) New Business A. New Club Officers: i.

Date hasn’t been finalized yet but it will be from 12-4pm in the Tillman Lobby ii.

Karandeep is in-charge of leading the sale C. Committee Chair Applications i.

Link to apply for Committee chair for the 2015-2016 service year is in the email and on Facebook. ii.

The deadline to apply is April 15th at 11:59 pm. iii.

Description and duties of each committee chair position are in the application iv.

Committee Chair Positions: Bake Sale, Public Relations, Fellowship, Fundraising, Historian, International Project, District Project, Governor’s Project, and Service Project.

4) Upcoming Events A. BC Library Event i.

Wednesday, April 15th from 4 pm to 6:30 pm approximately. ii.

We will be reading books of Ezra Jack Keats to little kids and doing arts and crafts with them. iii.

We will be talking the bus downtown at around 3:15 pm B. Late Nite Karaoke i.

Saturday, April 18th from 9:00 pm to 12:0pm ii.

Sign-up sheet is in the email. Those who sign up to help will be in-charge of getting people to sing and searching for songs.

C. Binghamton Zoo Clean-Up i.

Saturday, April 18th at 10 pm. ii.

If you can drive, please contact John immediately. We can possibly take the city bus that runs every hour and goes to the Zoo. D. Out of the Darkness Campus Walk i.

Saturday, April 18th at 10 pm ii.

The walk will start at the Hinman College Quad. It is to help support the American Society for Suicide Prevention.

E. Trivia Krack i.

April 22nd in Lecture Hall 12, 8-11 PM ii.

Tabling April 17th and the 20th. Tickets are $3 per person at tabling and $4 at the door. iii.

F. Relay for Life i.

April 24th ii.

We are currently ranked 2nd place out of all the teams in the University for the amount of money raised. Keep donating and get others to donate! iii.

Send John any pictures and names for Dedication.

G. End of the Year Social i.

It is on April 25th at 8pm in the C4 Multipurpose Room.

5) Open Forum A. April Bake Sale i.

May 1st is the date picked for the bake sale ii.

“Baking in April, Sale in May”- Jerry Cimo 6) Closing Business A. John is trying to get a speaker from 20:1 to come and speak to us on April 23rd. i.

20:1 is an organization aimed at preventing sexual assault B. “Jerry has stuff to say” i.

If you are a graduating senior, tell Jerry so he can give your information to the Kiwanis Clubs ii.

April 11th is the Kiwanis One Day (a) Members form Key Club, Circle K, and Kiwanis Club come together to do a service project. (b) Contact Jerry at jcimo1@bignhamton.edu if you would like to participate on April 11th, so he can contact your local Kiwanis Club.
