This is your newly elected secretary, tina lee, and I’ve created a new series for you all called The

K-MINUTE These short issues will give you insight on what happened during our club meeting. So if you ever happen to miss a meeting, don’t fret, the k-minute is here to keep you updated!

I. Elections for E-Board: Congratulations to those who have been elected to serve during the 2014-2015 service year!

I. New Service Year: April a. Club Committee Chairs – link on Facebook, Website, Twitter i. 6/9 submitted applications – you still have a week! Last day you can apply is April 1st II. Service Projects a. March 29th: Binghamton Zoo Clean-Up – Speak to Bridget for details! i. If it’s nice out, we’ll be cleaning and helping them prepare for opening. If it’s bad out, we’ll clean inside. Be in front of Mohawk by 12:30, we’ll be there by 1:00 PM. (8-10 people can go, we have about 6 people signed up). b. March 30th (4:00 PM (TBA)): baking goodies! – fundraising for Magic Paintbrush (Leroy 15 bus) i. March 31st (12:00 PM – 4:00 PM): Tabling – “walk and table” – go around selling the baked goods. See Angela for more details! c. April 3rd (Time TBA): Senior Citizens Dinner (usually around 6 PM) – You have until next Wednesday to sign up! d. April 5th-6th (5:00 PM to 5:00 AM) in the West Gym – During Relay for Life we are tabling (fundraising)! Sign up to table if you’ll be attending.

Make sure to register online! Do it soon because the registration fee will go up. Already raised $1190 (We’re #5 out of all teams in Binghamton)! e. In-meeting Service Project: Making puzzles (gift bags) – donating to local children’s hospitals.
