BTTHS ANNUAL CHRISTMAS OUTREACH—GK CABUG’S DECEMBER TO REMEMBER

As they say, “giving” is the true meaning of Christmas Immediately upon the month of December, Taytungians started to show their generosity by bringing goods for the Christmas packages being prepared for the GK Cabug community
Students from Kindergarten up to the SHS department were assigned specific items to donate, such as gifts, canned food, old clothes, coffee, noodles, rice, sugar, etc The BTTHS Student Council Organization (SCO) then began collecting all the goods from each classroom Following that, they segregated the goods, made an inventory, and ultimately started packing Many also volunteered to help during this process, making the task easier and much more enjoyable
ELEMENTARY STUDENTS RISE TO THE LITMUS STAGE!

Last December 5, 2022, at John B Lacson Colleges Foundation, elementary students challenge the many schools in the Negros Island through the art of dance and literature in the NOPSSCEA Literary and Musical Competition Elementary Finals Besting their various opponents, the elementary students claim their spots amongst the winners and the podiums
At last, it was time for the BTTHS Annual Christmas Outreach On December 9, 2022, the SCO together with representatives from the clarion, visited the residents of GK Cabug The outreach started with the officers dropping by each house to genuinely talk, get to know, or catch up with the people inside After that, they went ahead to distribute the packages to each family and the giving of the gifts to the children Lastly, they were each handed out with a packed lunch that was prepared with love by our dear teachers at BTTHS

The representatives of the Elementary Folk Dance category, coached by Diana Jane Bulacja, dominated the other schools and claimed the title of Champion The representatives of the Elementary Hip Hop Dance category, coached by Mary Lorie Jamoles, ended their run with 3rd Place classroom Following that, they segregated the goods, made an inventory, and ultimately started packing Many also volunteered to help during this process, making the task easier and much more enjoyable.

In the solo & duet performance categories, Alyssa Mae V Abalos & Kaelah S Lee, representatives for the Vocal Duet category, finished as the 2nd Place Klein Abdiel B Torres, representative for the vocal solo, finished as the 3rd Place for the Vocal Solo category All three were coached by the head of the Taytungian Voices, Ma'am Angela Kliatchko.
Christmas is also about the birth of our savior Jesus Christ, and how He came to give us love, hope and joy It is about bringing people together, and sharing our blessings with each other Through these simple tokens and efforts prepared by our school, we are already providing hope, happiness, and new opportunities for our community It was indeed a December to remember!
In the Filipino Declamation category, Maria Alex Carril Baxter ended her run as the 3rd Place She was coached by Filipino teacher, Ma'am Jhona Mae Cabasan Last, Gave Isidto, representative for the English Declamation, finished her run as a finalist She was coached by Plinky Joy T Panganiban
