Dave Williams and Major Hammett are proud to announce the new addition of MajorLux Luxury Apartments in Blue Springs. The complex is located at 1501 NW Northridge Drive, Blue Springs, 64015. This one-of-a-kind property is north of 1-70 just past Price Chopper and before Miller Theatres.
Dave and Major, both graduates of the Blue Springs School District and life-long residents, knew this was something special that local residents would desire. This was confirmed when pre-leasing began a few months ago. There are only a handful of units left and they receive daily comments during rental tours that people “only thought they could find a place of this quality and with these amenities in downtown Kansas City or in Kansas.”
During the building process it was important to both Dave and Major to contract with locally owned and operated businesses with strong ties to the area so that everyone had the same end goal in mind: ”Build an incredible project that ALL of us and the COMMUNITY would be extremely proud to call its OWN”. There are many outstanding companies that helped in achieving this goal including Midwest Exteriors, WeatherTech Roofing & Renovations, Double C Industries, FINKLE + WILLIAMS Architecture, Twin Lakes Insurance, Guier Fence, Vital Signs, M & S Electric, Quality Cabling Solutions/Security, Comcast, Artisun Solar, Brickhouse Leasing & Management, and Block & Company. Blue Springs High School and Blue Springs South High School also have student artwork displayed on the walls throughout the complex.
MajorLux Luxury Apartments represents an upscale, beautiful, luxurious, place to live. Amenities include a “lounging lobby”, large outdoor patio with grills and firepit, fitness center, coffee/tea bar, garages, storage rooms, indoor/outdoor rooftop lounge that includes libation lockers, five 75” TV’s and putting greens, and you can even cross a beautiful bridge to enjoy the dog park, pond, fountain and even play a little frisbee! The outside courtyard, rooftop and communal areas were designed with comfort and LUXURY in mind! You won’t believe it until you see it.
