ABOUT THE LOCAL GUYS Established in 2019 by Jarrad and Stacey Goulding, The Local Guys is a service-based franchise offering Electrical Test & Tagging, Pest Control and Cleaning. Prior to The Local Guys, Jarrad and Stacey had owned multiple hospitality and retail franchises, so having been franchisees themselves, they worked in all areas of business and quickly learned the positives and negatives of franchising. This allowed them to learn the franchise model; from a franchisee perspective, which they have used to shape The Local Guys brand – installing our company motto: Franchise Partner First! With Jarrad’s business and technician experience, and Stacey as a qualified accountant, The Local Guys was born from the desire to have a healthy work-life balance. They knew the success, financial stability and flexibility that the service-based industries offered outweighed all other 30
avenues! Leveraging off their 10+ years of experience in the electrical test and tag industry, they decided to franchise The Local Guys brand in 2019 and have never looked back!
OUR VALUES We are a family operated franchise with our core values being centered around family, innovation, integrity, devotion and passion. At The Local Guys, we believe in paying it forward, one meal at a time! We understand business is important, however, we also believe it is important to give back to the less fortunate. We donate $5 from every job we complete to World Vision Australia to help bridge the gap in many of our Aboriginal communities. Currently donating around $1,000 per month and growing.
