During SBTC, I have gained a boarder perspective on my role as LTG. I learned to not only to perform monthly LTG task to the best of my ability but also to care for the members in the division. I finally met the members of the Policy International Election Committee, and I can't wait to learn about the CNH bylaws. I would like to talk with the Division Leadership Team on topics such as communication and event planning to effectively maintain communication between clubs and promote events.

Diego Andrades

As Lt Governor of Division 7 South, going to many training conferences comes with the job, and I was given the amazing opportunity of being able to attend SBTC alongside my fellow Lt. Governors. Here, I built an Ohana - a family. I loved being able to spend three days immersed in the greatness that is Key Club while building countless relationships with others who hold the same passion for service! This incredible experience was one that will never be forgotten. Whether it be learning about the DMRF, practicing parliamentary procedure, or even the lengthy workshops, it all helped me grow into an even better leader. I can't wait to see what the next training conference has to offer!

Spring Board Training Conference was truly motivational and informative. Not only was it exciting to bond with the 18-19 District Board, it also allowed me to learn how to better serve Division 27 North. Some things that I decided to bring back to the Division I serve include google groups, member recognition contests, Key Club guideline education, and alternative means of communication. It was a once-in-a-lifetime experience that I will never forget.

SBTC provided me a lot of opportunities to learn about how to improve the division and bond with fellow lieutenant governors. There were many presentations offered to us, and I made sure to learn about the ones that the division I serve needed the most- like fundraising, KFF relations, and event promotion. I am excited to utilize the information given to us to have an amazing term within Division 27 South!

Spring Board Training Conference was incrediBEEl. Seeing the region team and my fellow lieutenant governors reminded me of the ohana I belong to as a Key Clubber. At this conference where we got little sleep and learned so much, my passion and drive to serve the members of Division 44 North was rekindled in a more directed pathway. I now have a more solidified idea of how I want the term to play out and how I can best suit the members of Division 44 North. I'll be employing new marketing strategies to use all platforms of the Division 44 North Key Club social media and reinvigorate the approach taken toward service. By delegating more directed tasks to the Division 44 North Leadership Team, our focus will be on how to increase club participation, increase service to our communities and increase overall feelings of Ohana in the Division of 44 North.

At SBTC, I was able to learn a lot, and meet new people. I also learn many skills that to benefit me as Lieutenant Governor. SBTC was a very fun experience. I was able to learn how to be in a meeting that used Parliamentary Procedures and Robert Rules of Order. One of the skills I learned was to downloading certain Gmail apps in order to be more proactive and receive quicker responses with emails. The other Lieutenant Governors were also very nice and humble. During our downtime, I was able to talk with other Lieutenant Governors and get to know each other. They were all very interesting people. We often discussed Division plans and improvements which made me think of methods I have never tried or thought of. I am very glad that I was able to be an attendee at SBTC and I can’t wait till Summer Board Training Conference.

SBTC was an eventful weekend full of bonding opportunities. It was the first of many experiences- being officially installed on the District Leadership Team, first time presenting to Lieutenant Governors, and even first time flying on a plane. Although SBTC was exhausting, everyone had an amazing time with their committees and taken some-
