SAFETY MOMENT Employee was working in construction area. Floor grating was not secure, causing it to shift, creating a fall hazard. Employee was wearing fall protection, tied off, overhead, using a Self Retracting Lifeline (SRL) limiting his free fall distance to under 2 feet. Employee was rescued from height with no injuries.
