LONGWOOD SCHOOL winter weather wear LONGWOOD SINGING STARS WINTER CONCERT
Recess holds critical importance to the mental and physical well-being of children. Whenever possible, we look to have students playing outside for recess as a break from classroom-based or other indoor activities.
The Longwood Singing Stars perform live on Tuesday, December 14th | 6:00 p.m.
Please make sure your child comes prepared for recess in the Winter. Proper outerwear should include a warm coat, a hat, and gloves or mittens.
Due to safety regulations, the capacity of the concert is limited. Each choir student is allowed to have two (2) guests attend the concert. The concert will be available on a Zoom link for live streaming.
• Outdoor Recess occurs when the outside wind chill/real feel is 25 degrees or greater. A recess period is no longer than twenty (20) minutes. The presence of rain or snowfall can change the decision. • Indoor Recess occurs when the outside wind chill/real feel is below 25 degrees or when there is rain or heavy snowfall.
