We were there for Nicola...
Surviving the fall from my horse was just the start. It was a tough and uncertain time for my family and me during my five months in hospital. When you’re in that situation, you don’t know where to turn.
Our lives had been shattered and it was vital to have someone on our side, helping us piece it back together. The support my family and I received from Day One was brilliant.
Surviving trauma is just the start. Donate or fundraise today so no one is left to rebuild their life on their own dayonetrauma.org/get-involved
