Throughout the construction documentation phase, I supported project managers in developing and executing design documentation in Revit, ensuring the integration of design intent and technical accuracy. My responsibilities included addressing QA/QC comments to enhance drawing clarity and compliance, coordinating city submittal packages, and setting up Revit models. Additionally, I contributed to the organization and layout of drawing sets (cartooning) and refined technical details to ensure constructibility.
During Phase 1 of construction, I reviewed and managed construction administration documents on Procore, ensuring proper documentation tracking and coordination. I also facilitated the organization and review of physical material submittals.

FARMHOUSE COLLECTIVE
HISTORIC RETAIL
RENOVATION
Located in Riverside, California, the Farmhouse Collective is a 1950’s era motel being renovated into a unique dining and retail experience.
This historic landmark sits blocks away from UC Riverside, which inspired the concept of creating indoor and outdoor retail shops, restaurants, and entertainment spaces. The main objective was to maintain the integrity of this historic site by conserving and protecting the original building, furniture, and landscape inspired by the “anti-mall retail Project” in Costa Mesa. Curenlty in construction and set to open in May 2025.

Throughout the construction documentation phase, I supported project managers in developing and executing design documentation using AutoCAD.
My responsibilities included producing high-quality renderings in Enscape to visualize design concepts, putting together leasing space cuts, and assembling comprehensive city submittal packages, including plan check responses. Additionally, I coordinated with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of architectural, structural, and MEP systems, contributing to an efficient and well-coordinated project delivery.
This project presented a unique design challenge due to the absence of on-site parking. To address this, ownership strategically acquired an adjacent lot with plans to develop it into a dedicated parking facility at a later phase. Another critical aspect of the site planning involved maintaining a clear and accessible fire lane at the center of the project to comply with safety regulations, while simultaneously curating an inviting and functional outdoor environment. The design had to balance circulation and ensure that seating areas were seamlessly integrated to enhance the user experience and maintain a high-quality spatial ambiance.
