Comprehensive Guide on Keyword Density

Keyword plays an essential role in getting ranking through a blog post.

This metric is important to monitor to ensure you’re not using a keyword too frequently that damages your ranking but not too seldom so that it hurts it too much.
You can make good reputation management on Google by proper keyword stuffing.

How keyword density is calculated?

× Keyword density is the ratio percentage of keywords to overall word count.
× You can use the following formula to calculate the keyword density:

× Keyword Density = Number of times keyword is mentioned/ Total words

To calculate keyword density counts number of times used and total word count. And multiply this ratio by 100. For example, an article with a word length of 2000 uses keywords 15 times. Then its keyword density will be 15/2000x100= 0.75%
