Ironworks Studios has multiple spaces available for private hire and corporate functions. Centrally located in the heart of Brighton’s North Laine creative quarter, we are just a 5-minute walk from Brighton’s main train station and a 10-minute stroll to the seafront.
Ironworks Studios is a complex of production studios and flexible-use spaces available for showcases, filming, photo shoots, press launches and much more.

Studio A is a 200 sqm (2150 sqft) studio with facilities to host live audiences of up to 180, with a retractable raked seating system and seats at floor level. The studio is suitable for virtual conferences or awards ceremonies, seminars, lectures and screenings, as well as live multi camera broadcast via YouTube, Zoom or social media, or any number of in-person, hybrid and virtual audience-based scenarios.

Studio B is a 60 m2 ‘white box’ with floor-to-ceiling windows at one end suitable for small conferences, corporate events, workshops and business meetings of up to 40 people with additional break-out rooms fully equipped for conference telephone calls, Skype and Zoom meetings. Its size can be more than doubled by opening the fully retractable walls to the café/bar area.
Our versatile lighting and rigging options include three pantographs, eight powered lighting bars which can be patched from dimming to hard power from our power patch bay, DMX points on every bar and at floor level for the ease of adding floor lighting packages and throughout the production space to give total flexibility.
Studio B can be configured for webinars with a live audience

Immediately adjacent to Studio B, the 80m2 café/bar is a large usable space in its own right, but with a fully retractable wall can also double the size of Studio B.
Our break-out café area can be used for team building or discussions. Your guests can have lunch or breakfast in a box and take advantage of our fully stocked bar or our simple tea and coffee facilities. We can tailor our facilities to suit your requirements.
In the evening, Studio B is transformed into a colourful venue for social networking events complete with fully licensed bar and raised performance area. An integrated RGB lighting system allows for any colour combination.
A suite of meeting and break-out rooms are available for multiple uses, fully furnished with tables and chairs as well as high speed wi-fi. The Loft provides a comfortable production hub across 3 floors. On the ground floor, the Palm meeting room is directly off Studio B making it an ideal crew or production base as well as a fully functioning meeting or skype room.
WAREHOUSE
At 200 sqm (2150 sqft), the warehouse complex is located directly off Studio A and includes meeting rooms, dressing rooms and the scenery dock
GALLERY Located adjacent to Studio B, the Gallery is the perfect space to control your event. Two 42” wall mounted screens with HDMI inputs and one 32” monitor, also with HDMI input provide the base for a multiconfigurable set-up supported by a 100Mbps upload/100Mbps download high speed Internet connection. A stock of high end equipment is available for hire to build your dream set-up.
KITCHEN/ BREAK-OUT AREA Situated adjacent to Studio B, the cafe and breakout area has tea and coffee facilities, a small kitchen with microwave and various seating options.
