Inside Story From The Principal’s Desk

Pg-2 Investiture Ceremony

“Where the mind is without fear and Head is held high…” School is a place where a child stands without fear and builds confidence by learning new skills. A student explores possible talents, learns discipline, teamwork and greatest of them all ,to respect and to be a good human being. During this learning process we often underestimate the stress that today’s children are under. In such situation activities that are fun and relaxing for children can assist immensely in the management of stress.

Pg-3 Independence Week

At Brighton, students recharge themselves during the activities and hobby classes in safe and structured environment and work in teams with others which helps them to enhance their social skills, creativity and problem solving abilities.

A Teacher’s Poem

Books- A Man’s Best Friend

Every day you greet your student with a smile on your face. Through paper work the nights before seemed like a quelling race. Money’s not your motivation; it’s the love for what you do. You tear that special calling to which you always will stay true. Your students are your dedication, devotion is to them. To you each child’s unique and special, a beautiful little gem. Some days are just demanding and frustration takes its course. Then you see those little faces, their inspiration in your force. Each day you are in your classroom reminds you why you are there. Making difference in children’s lives with whom your heart you share. There’s a special pride in teachers, and a love for what you do. And appreciation always shared between these little lives and you. Bhumika Verma 7-A

Everyone should get education in a proper way, especially girl child. They are still discriminated in the terms of education, health care and jobs. We can make education compulsory for all to give everyone the equal rights. Kritika Jiwnani

Because you call me a Friend

A world of Sadness!!! 1. People walk away easily but they wave their memories with us forever.

I will give you a big hug anytime,

2. A feeling of sadness seemingly without a cause.

Because you call me a friend. I will hold your hand when you need it to be held, Because you call me a friend. I will wipe away your tears when you say,

3. Sometimes you hurt the ones who love you most. Sometimes you hold the ones who leave you lost. And sometimes you learn but it’s too late it’s too late!!! 4. You have to experience sadness, to know happiness, and I remind myself that not every day is going to be a good day, that’s just the way it is !

Because you call me a friend. I will make you smile when you are down, Because you call me a friend.

5. Let me show smile through my heart and my heart smile through my eyes, that I may scatter rich smiles in sad hearts.

I will help you when you stumble, Because you call me a friend. I will listen when nobody else will listen,

6. It is about the good times of today, are the sad thoughts of tomorrow.

Because you call me a friend.

Sometimes the life becomes complicated but the answers are simple.

I will not judge you, Because you call me a friend.

Aditi Dewangan

And when you are mean to me, I will forgive you,

VIII-A

Because you call me a friend.

My Teacher

My friend, you are my crutch when I cannot walk, My eyes when I cannot see, My ears when I cannot hear the truth.

Oh !! my teacher

That’s Why I am your Friend.

You are my creator…….. Sanjana Mandal VIII-B

I make you furious, sometimes mad, You make me happy when I am sad. You turned me “bright” though I was weak,

Its’s You The undisturbed in the crew, Seeking no attention from the few. It’s you the unstoppable, It’s your dedication unbreakable. The world would touch your feet. Everyone would be your beneath. But that’s not a matter to be proud Someday you would be lost in the crowd. Keeping wide smile with positive thoughts, You ought to be focused in this path, The journey would be filled with droughts Sweating time will make you bath.

Riddles

It’s you who would sound strange But that would definitely mean a change.

1.

The more you take, the more you leave behind. What am I?

You never ever need to get frowned

2.

What is the only word in the English language that has 6 letters, all in alphabetical order?

The world is full of fake deceptions

3.

What has cities but no houses; forests, but no Trees; and water, but no fish?

No need to change your intentions.

4.

When I take five and add six, I get eleven, but when I take six and add seven I get one. What am I?

Throughout the life you will be excellent.

5.

What belongs to you but others use it more?

6.

What comes in hair, head and hand but not on face?

7.

It is easy to get into, but hard to get out?

8.

You go at red but stop at green?

9.

What objects have keys that open no locks, space but no room and you can enter but not go in?

One day you will surely be crowned.

Just try out to be nonchalant Never change your originality, World is unaware of your ability. It’s you, the perfect person The ideal father’s ideal son. Taquee Mahmood X-A
