CITY COUNCIL Sun sets on the terraces ENERGY BILLS TO PLUMMET Greg Hadfield @BrightonIndy Energy bills incurred by Brighton and Hove City Council are in line to fall by nearly 30% this year. For gas, general fund expenditure could fall by as much as 65%, from £607,665 last year; for HRA, it could drop by 46%, from £594,750 .
