UP CLOSE AND MUSICAL The other musical event of the year - the Rotary Club of Bridgetown’s Up close and Musical Concert - is on again. This year’s line up features an inspiring musical mix including singing, classical flute from Cecelia Karafilis, the ‘Winnejup Wind Bags - trumpet players Wendy Armstrong and Allison Booth, and others. All performers are donating their time and talents for free, with all proceeds going to Cyrenian House in Nannup, which provides drug and alcohol treatment services. Free “Learn to skate basics” at the Bridgetown Leisure Centre. Join us in the centre of the courts in the first 30 minutes of the session, but don’t be late! Kids 12 and under require adult supervision. Skate hire $5 or BYO blades or skates. Brought to you by Bridgetown Roller Skating Inc. HIGH TEA 4 CANCER CARE Come and join us for the annual and highly successful High Tea for Cancer Care Bridgetown. Enjoy some delicious treats and a glass of bubbles on arrival, get together with some friends and family at the amazing venue Dalmore Farm, Bridgetown. There will be some discussion around men’s health and prostate cancer, an auction and some raffles - be sure to bring your card and cash. There will also be a prize for best dressed and spot prizes.
