We gathered our incredible Commercial Agents, Residential Agents, Property Management team, Bray Development, and the Maintenance and Construction crew for a morning of fun, friendship and fundraising!

Our quarterly breakfast brought everyone together to kick off the day with a delicious spread and exciting activities. First up, a thrilling Rock Paper Scissors tournament that had us all on the edge of our seats!

Special thanks to Cindy Hoppe for organizing a fantastic 50/50 raffle, with half of the proceeds going to the incredible Bray Cares initiative, and the other half to our raffle winner!

Congratulations are in order for our Guaranteed Title Rep, Tammy "The Closer" Zollingerpreviously Flesher - on her upcoming nuptials to her longtime love Jeremy and their July 8th ceremony in Ouray! We would also like to congratulate her on getting out of a speeding ticket, going 20 miles over the speed limit! Stay tuned for upcoming classes on how she did it!

THAT'S A WRAP AT CMU!

Bray celebrated the end of the school year by teaching the CMU real estate courses as guest lecturers!

A big thank you to Robert Bray, Kevin Bray, Cindy Hoppe, John Duffy, Sid uirrell and Kevin Cole. The courses received glowing views and the students said was "applicable to the real world, and it is one of the most interesting courses!"

COLORADO COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE EXPO

Brian Bray was asked to speak at the Colorado Commercial Real Estate Expo in Denver on April 19th. He represented the western slope on a real estate panel and did an amazing job! Check out his article in the Business Times!

RISTORANTE PANTUSO

This iconic "Old World-Italian" restaurant is moving to a new location in August! A great success for Bray Commercial and a restaurant rich with Grand Junction history.

Ristorante Pantuso is the oldest Italian restaurant in Grand Junction, established back in 1958. With such a long and complicated history, this new location is definitely a win!

They've been in the Clarion Inn location off of Horizon since 1980, with the current owners taking over in 2014 This new location will be in the old Dos Hombres in the Redlands!

COMMERCIAL BBQ

Brian Bray hosted a Commercial BBQ at his house with his beautiful new pool! Unfortunately, the new Bray-branded Speedos weren't ready to show off yet.

We also had the amazing opportunity to interview Cody Kennedy about his work with JDA. More videos to come about the wonderful non-profits Bray Cares is partnered with. Click on the video to watch!

WCCF EVENT

The Western Colorado Community Foundation, partnered with Bray Cares, hosted "Homelessness and Housing in the Grand Valley," on May 11th. The event was designed "speed-dating" style for small groups of participants to hear from five organizations working to address housing issues in our community More than 60 donors and community leaders learned from Grand Valley Catholic Outreach, Housing Resources of Western Colorado, Karis/The House, the Joseph Center and Foster Alumni Mentors.

KIDS AID

For the month of June, we had a few groups volunteer to help fill food bags with Kids Aid. Every week, Kids Aid gives access to nutritious meals to kids over the weekend. There are so many ways we can help our community. Together, we can make a difference! Thank you, Desi, for organizing this!

AND MORE GOLF!

QUARTERLY JULY B.I.G. GOLF TOURNEMENT

It was the 25th(ish) annual B.I.G. - Bray Indoor GolfTournament on May 18 at the office! 7 teams of 4 played for bragging rights of the ultimate Bray golfer. Congrats to team The Bogey 4, (Michelle, Mike, Peggy and Brenda), who won all the brownie points with a total team score of 230 points!

Desi and Michelle participated in the Timberline golf tournament. They had a fabulous time and even got Par!!

Participation in the REVIVE program with our amazing construction and maintenance team can help maximize your seller's property’s price. The cost of the project is deducted from the proceeds of the sale of the property, or paid within 90 days, whichever occurs first.

Bray Team,

Thank you Bray Team for another great Quarter that was filled with a lot of fun and hard work. At the last Quarterly meeting, we talked about Focus. With all the distractions that can come with markets changing around us, it is more important than ever to make sure you're focused on the right path. We all talked about picking one thing and focusing on that for the quarter. Whether personal or work-related, we can all do better by working on one thing to improve. If you haven’t done this, I challenge you to recenter yourself and find your priorities for the next quarter. Pick one thing that you would like to improve and FOCUS on just that one thing.
