Olive Oil Tasting (1) Includes a welcoming appetizer of domestic brandy followed by a demonstration of technology used in the production of different sorts of olive oil and presentation and tasting of several sorts of oil. Prosciutto and Domestic Dry-Cured Meat Product Tasting To visit Istria and not taste Istrian prosciutto at the place where it is made in the prosciutto factory where 12.000 pieces of prosciutto are dried every year it would be unforgivable. We take you to visit the production factory in which traditional Istrian prosciutto is made, but also ombolo, sausages and bacon, and to taste their unique flavour with a glass of white wine to complement the pleasure. Included a tour of the prosciutto factory, tasting of Istrian meat products served on a tray: prosciutto, bacon, sausages, ombolo, pešt, along with 2 dl of wine.
