In Bracknell Forest, the next Labour Government will upgrade 49480 homes to the highest standard of energy efficiency. ​ This will cut bills and carbon emissions, create 806 local jobs in trades such as carpentry, window fitting and engineering, and help the 5.5% of households in Bracknell estimated to be in fuel poverty. ​ We will encourage greater use of public transport by introducing free bus travel for under-25s, bringing our railways back in to public ownership, and expanding the use of electric vehicles with interest free loans. ​ Labour’s Green Industrial Revolution is central to our plans to transform the country and economy, using public investment to create jobs and tackle the climate emergency.

The Liberal Democrats came third in Bracknell in 2017 and only had twenty-one MPs when Parliament dissolved. They are very unlikely to be able to form a Government or to win in Bracknell. ​ Labour will get Brexit sorted within six months by giving the British people the final say. It won’t be a re-run of 2016.

The choice will be between leaving with a sensible deal or remaining in the EU. ​ If you want to leave the EU with the best deal possible, you’ll be able to vote for it. If you want to remain in the EU, you’ll be able to vote for that. Either way, the final choice is yours.
