COMPENSATION STRUCTURE
Ideally, a compensation structure that combines a base salary with a percentage of closed transactions would be most favorable. This model would align my incentives with the firm’s success and long-term growth, enabling me to consistently deliver my highest-quality work while actively contributing to the firm’s expansion.
Given there is still serious interest in working together, I believe it would be valuable to have an open discussion about what you consider a fair and mutually beneficial compensation structure.
To provide some guidance, my goal is to transition away from offering marketing services to multiple clients and instead dedicate my full expertise and creative efforts to one company/brand that I am truly invested in. For that to be viable, I would like to earn at least $100K annually, with additional earning potential through a base salary plus a percentage structure. I am flexible and open to ideas.
