What an exciting time in the livestock industry. There has never been a time where there is more enthusiasm and buzz around the purebred cattle business as we are experiencing in 2025. Record breaking prices at the sale barn, bull sales reaching unknown heights and female production sales smashing though expectations has suddenly become the norm. The Charolais breed has played a large factor into all 3 of these avenues and for good reason. The white, tan, silver and buckskin calves are always at the top of the sale sheets at the presorts and continue to top the market, in turn providing those that sell Charolais Bulls an opportunity to sell to many progressive commercial cattleman that utilize the Char Advantage to its fullest potential. The production sales in this breed have been truly exciting and it has been great to see so many females trade hands to new up and coming breeders as well as into other established programs. This brings us to the inaugural White Lights Sale where the industry’s top operations have committed to selling their absolute best to truly showcase the start of the cycle that we summarized above. The opportunities showcased in this book from some of the most potent breeding establishments in North America is your chance to start your own Charolais division or add a really exciting piece to your existing one. We are beyond excited to welcome you and invite you to this 1st annual, White Lights Charolais Sale.
The special lot 1 herdbull is the perfect way to lead off such an impressive catalogue. He is a real world individual with all the credentials of a true herd bull. Extra dimension, real muscle mass, exceptional foot quality and elite donor dam. This bull has the wow factor and build to make a lasting impression on the breed for years to come and is one we are very proud of to lead the way in 2025. The open heifer calves are simply put, salty. The top of each of their respective programs, these calendar year babies represent some of the real “whose who” of cow families within the breed and are put together with all the extras so that whether you are looking for a big time show prospect or future donor candidate, you have many options. The bred heifers available are built and bred for productivity. These females carry industry leading breeding services and are sure to clip you a coupon right out the gate. They are everything that makes Charolais females so sought after, powerful yet elegant, maternal yet performance driven. The special donor cow on offer is only made available because of the fact she is a partnership female and they wanted to highlight something special from their programs, at only such an event can you step into an exciting young donor in the prime of her life. The unique picks are along the same lines and only become possible for something this exciting, giving you the chance to walk into some large, established and recognizable programs and select the female of your choice. The frozen section made up of big time flushes and incredible embryos may very well be as deep of a set of frozen genetics as we have seen gathered. Unlimited potential and exclusive genetics await in this special portion of the sale.
The 2025 White Lights Sale is a special opportunity for Charolais enthusiasts to acquire some of the very best from leading operations across North America and we do hope you can join us in Olds, AB for the evening of the sale. We are looking forward to White Lights 2025!

Here is a female where we think the opportunities are absolutely endless! A direct daughter of M6 Ms New Germaine 484P, as popular and progressive of a cow as there is in the entire breed. The New Germaine descendants are consistently high quality as she transmits the elite combination of desirable physical type with “all green” genotype. Rare cows can do it all and 484P is in that class! We bought a flush on 484P the same year we purchased the exclusive Canadian semen rights on WC Encompass and wow did that click! It has been a journey to get 5003 and her full sister home to Leroy but the investment, hard work, and commitment has really come through. Full sibling embryos sold for $6K USD per egg, showing that the industry shares our excitement for this combination. We nicknamed her Goldie and she will be the first and only Encompass daughter to sell in Canada for 2025. Check out her incredible EPD graph with 6 traits in the top 1% and green throughout. Goldie has the extra feminine type, length, and balance to compete in the showring but comes with all the extras to produce offspring that the industry needs to produce that more efficient, higher quality beef! We are so excited about this female and her bright future and the opportunity to partner on her success. Selling 50% interest.

Circle Cee Design 11H is one of the most phenotypically fault free cows we have been around, of any breed. She’s easy doing, massive ribbed, stout hipped, beautifully balanced, with a feminine head, and neck. 11H has an undeniable ability to stop nearly every visitor in their tracks. Her sire, LAE Easton 702E, left a lasting impact at Circle Cee Charolais for producing stout, moderate, and deep bodied progeny that were highly marketable. Design 11H has certainly earned her reputation, with her trio of 2025 heifer calves MGM 153N, MGM 158N, and MGM 162N turning heads all fall for their consistency, build and presence. The mature bull and bull calves by 11H are equally as exciting, further solidifying the strength and predictability of this female. We’re thrilled to offer an exclusive IVF flush opportunity on Circle Cee Design 11H. The IVF cycle may be completed anytime up until March 1, 2026. We have 6 full sibs in our replacement pen and we are extremely happy with them. 53M is a big middled type female with an extended front end. She is going to be a powerful cow with the Redemption look. 91M is a soft made kind of female with ample shape with a really nice skull. 91M was the intermediate calf champion at Olds Fall Classic and won her class in the Jr Show at Farmfair International. She is also entered at Canadian Western Agribition. A full sister was recently named reserve heifer calf champion at the North American International Livestock Expo in Louisville, Kentucky. Jaclyn is a granddaughter of the Nancy 6100 donor that has been a foundation donor at the M6 and North Grove programs and has over 130 direct registered progeny. On the sire side, Jaclyn is a truly complete outcross to the market. She is a beautiful young cow with a picture perfect udder. The sire of these embryos, SVY Historic is appropriately named. He is on the cusp of creating his own page in history. His offspring will be heavily sought after in his first year of service. By seeing first hand the quality of his influence, the excitement will continue year after year. Historic combines elite numbers with eye catching phenotype. The bottom side of this mating is brought to you by LT Brenda 9174. The Brenda cow family needs no introduction to most Charolais breeders in North America, with many breed leading matrons sharing the Brenda name. When I toured the impressive LT herd, LT 9174 caught my eye in a massive sea of white cattle. After a lot of deliberation 9174 was the selection. This cow is not only eye appealing at first glance, she also has impressive performance numbers, and has high indexing ratios within the herd. This cow will add power to her offspring. We have flushed her heavily with Lindskov’s and expect great things from her. These embryos were produced at Steve Yackley’s Trans Ova and are stored at Alta Genetics. Embryos PAF by pedigree.

PICK INFORMATION Pick to be completed by August 1, 2026. Wilgenbusch Charolais would like to retain one future flush on the selected female, at their own expense and at the convenience of the buyer.
C o NSIGNED BY Wilgenbusch
Selling the pick of the entire Wilgenbusch cowherd! Here is a rare opportunity to access our Charolais herd that is nearly 30 years in the making. With 22 annual bull sales under our belt, in some ways it is amazing how quickly time has flown but there have been a lot of memories and cattle along the way to get us here. In 2026 we will calve out 400 registered Charolais females, so you will have your work cut out in making a selection. As an initial cheat sheet, here are just some of the cow families that have built the Wilgenbusch herd, but there are numerous others that you will want to consider.
The Wynnemakers - starting with JWX Wynnemaker 983W, an M6 Gridmaker daughter with 35 descendants. Her daughters lead the female division with their overall production, fertility, udder confirmation, and soundness. These females have proven their value time and time again raising the front end of our bull sale every year.
The Lady Rains - back to Lady Rain 32R who was part of our acquisition of the entire CSS Charolais herd in 2011. 32R is another female that was the cornerstone of our program and left 26 descendants here over the last number of years. These females are as sound as you will find, they are extremely broody, easy fleshing and high on production. The Lady Rain cow family has put bulls into many programs over the years and are a staple of our cowherd.
The Paradises - starting here with JWX Paradise 35E, this is one of the younger cow families on the horizon but in terms of production in the last 5 years, they blow it out of the water. The Paradise cow raised JWX King Kong who sired our lead off bulls in the spring of 2025. Paradise 735G is an Epic female that is admired by everyone who sees our cows in their working clothes.
We look forward to working with you to tour the herd, study the records, and make a selection to set you up for success. Selection can be made at any time and we will offer you to come pick out a pair next spring or summer, whatever you prefer. We would like to have the pick completed by August 1, 2026. Wilgenbusch Charolais would like to retain one future flush on the selected female, at their own expense and at the convenience of the buyer.

STRAIGHT OUT OF THE DONOR PEN! Here is a rare opportunity - She’s big and powerful with a beautiful udder……An exceptional young female, right in her prime, straight out of the donor pen! As far as her pedigree, CML Desirae 1H is bred in the purple! Her sire is none other than LT Patriot 4004 whose daughters have become some of the top producing females in our breed. Her dam, CML Desirae 800F, was a daughter of PZC TR Desirae 012, two time Agribition Grand Champion Female and 2015 Agribition RBC Supreme Champion Female. A 1/2 interest in CML 800F sold to Canadian Donors in our 2018 Genetic Edge sale for $30,000. The first calf out of CML Desirae 1H had a tremendously successful show career. In 2022, CML JKF Desirae 226K was a member of our Divine Divas Champion Pair of Heifer Calves at Farmfair. In addition, she was also Farmfair Junior Champion Heifer Calf and Agribition Intermediate Reserve Champion Heifer Calf. CML Desirae 1H is also the dam of three exceptional daughters of LT Blue Value 7903 that now reside at Scott Stock Farms. Her sons sired by LT Blue Value 7903 and SCX Jehu 233E have been sale highlights in our spring bull sale. In addition, she carries the service to CML Aftershock 30L, the high selling bull from the 2024 McLeod Livestock Bull Sale at $35,000 for 1/2 interest to White Lake Colony. CML Desirae 1H has only been flushed 3 times while still having a natural calf each spring. She has proven to be an excellent producer of embryos with an average of 15 conventional embryos per flush. Princess Kate 579N is just a March 6th born heifer, but she could easily compete with most January borns. She was one of the heaviest actual WW heifer calves we had this fall so there is some serious performance in her blood. Princess Kate is a daughter of the $300,000 LT Global bull that we are fortunate enough to be part of the Canadian rights on. We jumped at the first chance to flush the 33Y donor that way - the flush was very successful and the conception was just as good, so we decided we could part with one daughter. Not sure you can get much more length and middle into an animal while still maintaining that eye-catching look. 579N sure was fun to picture and she will definitely be a female to follow her mother’s footsteps right into the donor facility.
