It said 980 lbs when he stepped on the scale on weaning day. Lots of performance here! We sure like the calves from his Westway 32C sire, unfortunately we lost him after the first breeding season, but are pleased that we have seven of his sons for you to choose from. Degrassi’s dam is a beautiful Beef Maker cow that is also the dam of Crossroad Nascar that we co-owned with Doug & Darlene Krepps from Turtleford,Sk. We have sold several good Nascar sons over the last few years and have some strong daughters working in the herd. Degrassi is solid dark red, he is pictured here early but still displays fullness in his flank and rear quarter. He has all the qualities you could want in a herd bull and has a real bull presence look to him. A very good power bull prospect, with no sacrifice on any other traits, we think he will make one heck of a herdsire. ~ Homo Polled ~

Nice dark red colour, good body type, sound in structure with good dispositions on these Westway 32C sons. Diplomat has been my buddy since he was small, always comes for a scratch. This is the third bull in a row born of his good uddered dam and we are sure hoping for a daughter this year. Her last year’s son sold to South Peace Colony at Dawson Creek, B.C. and the year before a son was purchased by Crooked Creek Farms at Big River, Sk. Strong maternal traits in this bull’s pedigree too, he ~ Hetero Polled ~ would certainly be a good addition to your bull pen. 17
