from WELCOME PERROT CATTLE COMPANY
Welcome to our 7th Annual Bull and Female Sale to be held on our farm on Saturday, March 23rd at 1pm. We invite you to join us on sale day to look at the cattle and enjoy some hospitality.
I think we have something for everyone this year with regards to calving ease type bulls, or if you are seeking more performance bulls. We like our cattle to look phenotypically eye appealing, but they also need to be able to go out and work and produce. We are committed to raising Angus cattle that stay true to what made this breed so popular in the first place and the dams are a very important part of getting these bulls to where they are. Our cows need to fit a certain criteria before we will go through with selling their progeny at our sale. They need to be excellent mothers with ideal udders. They must have a good temperament, and have the ability to walk a pasture and feed a calf without breaking down. All in all, they need to look good while working hard, be functional and prove their worth.
We are blessed to have the circle of family and friends that help us with our sale. Trent Walls comes every year to help us clip and get our bulls ready for picture and sale day, Sharlene Freitag for her mouth watering SinBuns on sale morning, Mike and Margaret Ricard for the delicious
sale day lunch, DLMS for video footage, Maddy Sibbald for her extreme talent in picturing, catalogue design and videos, Ryan Dorran for joining us again as our super talented auctioneer, my longtime friend Mark Stock as ring man and our good friends at Bohrson Marketing for managing this sale. The Bohrson crew is committed to helping you find what you are seeking, and they are as personable and fun as you will find anywhere. These are my people, and I just couldn’t do this without all of them.
Last, but certainly not least is our customers. These days there are Bull sales everyday from some pretty amazing breeders. We are humbled that we have the repeat customer base that we do, and we will do our best to help you find a bull that suits your needs, and make the whole buying process enjoyable and rewarding experience. We feel we have assembled a set of honest bulls at affordable prices and we are so very Thankful that you have put forth the trust in our program and look forward to visiting with you on March 23rd!

Perrot Cattle Co is home of some of the very best genetics we see throughout the year and certainly backed by among the very best people in the industry. Greg, Anna and the kids are awesome people that are big hearted, hard working, genuine and are the type that makes doing business with fun. When you have the opportunity to meet them, you’ll quickly realize their giving approach makes it easy to invest in their great stock because they will certainly go the extra mile to ensure you are a happy customer.
Past the Perrot’s being really good people, their cattle are flat out impressive. The set of bulls and heifers they have on offer are always one of the most impressive pens we view every spring and we can recommend them with confidence. This set of Angus, SimAngus and Charolais cattle are stout made, hairy, attractive and have the extra muscle and overall style to elevate your program. They are backed by an impressively strong udder and good footed cow herd that are beautiful cows and flat out produce.
There is a lot of upside in attending the Perrot 7th Annual Bull & Female Sale as the cattle are sure to impress and you are for certain going to receive the very best hospitality - and lets not forget about the Perrot Swag on offer if you are a lucky buyer. Best case scenario is you attend the sale and take in all the hospitality but if you unfortunately can’t make it, feel free to reach out to the Perrot or BMS team for any assistance and we would be honoured to represent your needs in a professional manner. We look forward to visiting with you more come sale day at the beautiful Perrot Cattle Co and we know you’ll agree it was worth the trip.
Best regards,

Perrots Bellagio has been on my radar since the day he was born here. Sired by Coleman Ace, this bull would be one of the very few Ace progeny to sell in Canada this Spring as only 75 straws of semen were sold exclusively through the New Years Resolution sale. The Coleman Ace sire offers a negative birth weight EPD, and is a powerful individual that sires progeny with massive volume, dimension, eye appeal and foot quality.
His Banknote dam was purchased through the Brooking Female Sale, and her first born calf was an attractive South Point heifer calf that was sold through the prestigious Rose Bowl sale and purchased by Brandy Lane Cattle. Lady 924G is long made and functional with a big bold rib and some added power. In his own right, Bellagio is long sided, thick throughout his hind quarter, and clean fronted. He holds his head high and displays a nice hair coat and temperament. We wanted to show this bull last fall, however we just ran out of time to get him ready. Bellagio isn’t a Gamble, we feel he’s the real deal!
As far as performance bulls to be used on cows, this bull has always been one of my personal picks. Legacy exhibits good frame size, with added dimension, muscling and performance. This bull should be capable of producing heavy weight calves and highly maternal females that you will want to build your herd with. I love this bulls dam and the cow family that stands behind her, and with the combination of Franchise as the sire its a recipe for success.
Perrots Firecracker 52L is a stylish and stout young bull with an expressive muscle shape and quality hair coat. He is the only Brooking Firebrand bull in the sale, and he is a dandy. Firebrand has sired a multitude of champions and top producing progeny worldwide. On the dams side, the Blackbird cow is a really nicely made LD Capitalist daughter that is very angular and attractive with ideal udder structure. I feel Firecracker has a lot to offer as a bull in terms of phenotype, muscling, hair and maternal value.
Perrots Ajax 23L came to us in dam from a purchase we made from our friends at Greenwood Cattle. The dam is an absolute beauty to look at with her wedge shaped body, classy front end, and perfect udder. Ajax would be an ideal calving ease option, and still have the ability to add an attractive presence with adequate muscling. Take note that this bulls sire also sired the bull calf that was at side of the 2023 Agribition Champion Female. Definitely a young calving ease option worth a look!

This herd sire prospect is a really attractive Franchise son with some added scale while being well balanced and thick throughout. His dam is a reliable good looking cow that is currently raising a really nice Resource heifer calf. The Franchise progeny have been well received in our past sales, and I feel this is a very functional, performance type bull that has the ability to add pounds and profit to your end game.
APOLLO
The only Bloodline in the sale this years offering, but we feel he’s a good one with his extra length, frame, and attractive profile. His full brother was one of the high sellers in last years sale selling to our good friends at Twisted T Cattle Co. Apollo is angular, and complete made with a long quarter while being structurally sound and good on the move. With his dam being a direct Density daughter, he will have that added maternal power and predictability. Apollo should be at the top of your list if you’re looking for maternal strength without sacrificing performance.
TABOO 35L
$7,500 STEFANISHION FARMS LTD. OUT
INK 77L Perrot
A definite calving ease option in Perrots Taboo. This bull has been a very eye appealing bull since Day 1. He is hairy, low BW, and sound, and stems from an SAV Beefy daughter that we are very fond of that raised a heifer that sold through last years sale to Denver Bolton.. Visually he still carries adequate bone, depth of body and muscling and I would recommend him as a heifer safe option.
I think this bull is very attractive in his make up and has lots to offer for a small BW bull. He has a presence about him coupled with a level top and ample muscling. The Ink progeny are born small, but I think the sire has the ability to add a little more bone and mass than many of the calving ease bulls on the market, which is why we retained him to use on first calf heifers.
GRAPHITE 75L
A smaller birth weight Galaxy son with some added eye appeal and style. A bull I would be confident in using on heifers, as he combines a smaller skull and smooth shoulder without sacrificing some natural thickness. The grandam of Graphite was purchased from Com As U R as a past high seller and sale highlight.
GALAXY 85L 10
One of the younger bulls in the offering, but he certainly doesn’t give up any performance when being compared to his pen mates. The dams past 2 calves were marketed successfully through this sale to Dusty Rose Cattle, as well as a heifer calf prospect to the Tober family last year. Bessie 51D was a massive built, easy doing cow, that produced well for us year after year. The combination of SAV Beef and LFE Galaxy should make for highly marketable cattle that are efficient and easy to manage.
A set of twin bull calves that are extra stout, moderate framed, and good natured, and I think they would be a solid choice to use especially is you are seeking to raise marketable steers and replacement females. Their dam stems from our very reliable Blackbird cow family, that is one of our oldest families here as well as our most reliable and productive.

Perrots Trophy is a young calving ease option with a top shelf pedigree. The dam was raised here by utilizing some embryos we purchased from our friends at Brooking Angus. She is an LD Capitalist daughter off their famed Rose 1019 cow. Trophy is moderate framed, smooth shouldered, and carries plenty of substance for a small Birth weight bull. A Capitalist combined with Triumph is an ideal combination for calving ease, soundness and carcass merit.
Sire of Lots 13 - 16
Coleman Triumph
Perrots Victory 3L is a bull off a first time mama, who would have also been one of my absolute favorite heifers for that calendar year. The Nina cow family originated here with a Density female from our good friends at Bar E L Angus. Every year this cow family outdoes themselves in terms of production, and we are excited to offer this bull that keeps birth weight in check and performance above par. Victory is angular and sound, and solidifies maternal power from both sides of the pedigree.
Trigger came to us as embryos we purchased through the famed Coleman Angus herd in Montana. We ended up with a bull and a heifer as result of this, and the flush mate sister was one of Tig’s top picks out in pasture last summer. Trigger is stacked pedigree wise with his sire being Coleman Triumph, and his dam being a phenotypical beauty that excels in her EPD tabulation on milk, foot scores and docility. Let this be your opportunity to get a bull from a genetic treasure.
Dam Coleman Everelda Entense
Another Triumph son out
an old Blackbird cow that has put in her share of solid babies throughout the years. The Blackbird cows make up the largest number of females in our herd as they continue to produce at the top end of our herd year after year. In his own right, this bull is smooth made and solid out of a very predictable cow family.
Perrots King Kong 22L is a bigger made docile bull out of the popular AI sire Coleman Triumph. Triumphs EPD tabulation is highly ranked with his calving ease in the top 10%, BW top 1%, WW top 10%, YW top 10%, Docility top 1%, Claw at 1%, and angle at 2%. This bulls dam is a big barreled attractive made cow that brings in a big, solid calf every year. This bull has a bit more frame than most Triumph progeny, but with that he also adds a bit more performance and pounds.
This fella is our only Bonzai son in the sale as his sire injured himself early in the season last year. We retained this bulls sire due to his strong pedigree which had a bit of a twist on the pedigree for us, as well as offering an outstanding disposition, character Angus head, length of body, hair, frame size and eye appeal. We feel this bull carries the same attributes, and would make a solid herd sire selection.

Chrome has always been one of the coolest, stoutest, and attractive bulls to be raised here as a Sim/ Angus. His dam is a now 10 year old cow we purchased originating from Percyview Farms. She is a no miss cow that continually brings in heavy weight calves come weaning time. Visually she is big volumed and excellent milking with some added dimension. We only AIed a handful to True North, but they have been exceptional. They are born easy and carry that extra eye appeal and presence. Chrome is a definite feature in our bull sale pen, and sure to be a valuable addition to somebody’s herd.
A complete performance package in Convoy 7L. His dam also raised our high performing half blood last year as well as one of the high sellers going to the Warken family. Convoys dam is a top shelf producer that boasts an ideal udder and desirable body type. I love this bull for his added power, hair, length, and muscle shape while still maintaining and attractive front end and profile. Use Convoy on your cows to add the extra power and pay weight to your calf crop.
Bullet is a long made half blood bull with a tick more size and stretch to him. He is off a very solid cow that is voluminous, hairy, good uddered and attractive. I think Bullet would be the ideal choice to use on cows that need that added frame and length as well as some added muscling throughout the hip.
We are selling our lone Charolais bull unpapered, but he can be registered if the buyer so wishes. We only have a few Charolais cows that remain here, but they are high quality females that earn their keep. Ghosts dam is a big volumed, deep bodied cow with a very good udder. She paints a nice profile, and always has calves with moderate birth weights. Due to this bull being the only Charolais bull in the sale, he may be a sleeper. Take note of this guy, he is long bodied, round quartered and sound.

This well made heifer is one I have always admired for her added stoutness and fleshing ability. She carries an attractive feminine front end, with a wide top, depth of body, and a good disposition. Her dam is also phenotypically attractive, sound and nice uddered and carries that typical Angus character head that I like. I think this heifer is a Feature in the heifer calf division, and with her being a Franchise daughter, her future looks promising.
BELLA
2336092 : ANNA 39L
JANUARY 25 2023
Bella 39L will be one of the very few Coleman Ace daughters offered in Canada, and she is a pretty one. Her dam is a 12 year old cow that is currently raising one of our top heifer calves. She’s a no miss cow with some of the Angus greats in her pedigree. Talia was very successful in showing this heifers maternal sister last summer, and took home a Buckle and some banners. In her own right, Bella is structurally sound and eye appealing and her pedigree reads predictability.
A thick made heifer with some added depth of body, rib shape, and fleshing ability. Blackbird has a solid pedigree that combines the reliability of the Blackbirds with the performance of the Franchise and a double dose of maternal value. Blackbird is complete and soft made and certain to be a super functional cow.

SARAH 10L
A really sweet made heifer prospect with some added style. Our daughter showed a heifer calf out of this heifers maternal grand dam last Fall, and she placed 1st in her class at the National Angus Show, and was also Champion Angus heifer calf in the Agribition Junior Show. Sarah is our only Ink heifer selling, but they are jet black, fuzzy haired, stylish calving ease type cattle.
Duchess 5L was weaned off late at the pasture she was located at, but has really picked up the pace ever since. While being fresher made, she carries some added style and frame and is a daughter off a very sound President cow. I feel this heifer would be a very functional and reliable female going forward.
This flashy half blood heifer cuts a sharp profile, and with her cool black brockle face, she is hard not to notice. Glitter has that extra extension through her front third which follows through with clean lines, a bold rib, and a stout quarter. The sire, Loaded Up is no stranger to siring cattle that excel in the show ring and the pasture, and Glitters dam is a stand out SAV Angus Beef daughter that currently has another high quality heifer calf at side. If somebody wants to put just a bit of work into this heifer, she would make a cool show heifer, and ultimately a valuable cow into the future.
Our family is pleased to be donating this Framed Picture with 100% of the proceeds going back to our local Alameda 4H Beef Club. Members from the 4H Club will be selling tickets, and the draw will be made just prior to the Bull Sale. Please help support our youth in Agriculture.

Perrot X
Perrots Boomerang 38L is a bull prospect that we have retained here to use on our heifers. We are super excited about what he has to offer our herd going forward. Genetically this bull has a stellar pedigree combining the visually stunning granddam Brooking Beauty 6051, and the attractive, sound footed Coleman Triumph sire. Boomerang has an undeniable presence and offers low BW, quiet disposition, thick haircoat, depth of rib and quarter, scrotal development, and true Angus character.

Perrots Swagger 55L is a half blood bull we are retaining to use in our herd as he possesses many traits we find desirable. He cuts a sharp profile and carries a sound powerful body type while being fluent in his movement. With his cool facial markings and smooth front end he is an attention grabber, and we feel he will be a valuable addition to our herdbull battery.
