Welcome everyone on behalf of Trish and myself to our complete herd dispersal. It was 30 years of challenges, learning and rewards but the time has come where the aches and pains outweigh the joys. It has been a privilege to raise and sell the best breed of cattle on the market. We have enjoyed meeting people at shows and sales where many memories and friendships were made. Ashley has her farm and herd of cattle that we will still be involved with for years to come. The first fullblood and purebred heifers were bought in the fall of 1991. Those females bought along with breeding and upgrading our commercial cows made our herd grow. Every year we usually replace 20% of the herd with replacement heifers and buying a few top notch females from other breeders making this a fairly young herd. There are some cows that possibly could be donors donors but we never had the time to pursue this. The sale cattle were pictured and videoed the end of August. Anyone is welcome to come view the cattle or call us anytime prior to the sale. All the cattle will be at the sale yard one week prior to the sale and on sale day. Without the help of family and friends our purebred business wouldn’t have succeeded, so thank you to you all. Also we would like to thank the Bohrson Marketing Team, Dan Skeels and DLMS for their help for the sale. To all of our previous buyers and supporters of our program over the years we thank you and wish the best of luck to the purchasers today and that these cattle work well in your programs.
