HOMOZYGOUS POLLED :: Stetson was our pick of the impressive Cracker sons from the respected B Bar program. Stetson is a calving ease individual in a moderate frame with an attractive profile, tremendous dimension, and impressive scrotal development. His dam is a young Slate 17C sired female that is moderate, milky, and has produced two impressive full brothers to date. The Karisma cow family is one of the very strong udder and highly productive genetic lines in the Limousin breed. The strength in this pedigree is impressive and we truly think there is unlimited amount of opportunity in this special breeding bull. From foot quality to structural soundness and overall maternal greatness throughout this pedigree, we feel he can enhance quality whether used in the heifer pen or on proven cows. Stetson comes with a strong EPD profile in the top third for most production traits as well as top 10% scrotal and top 2% docility. We haven’t invested in a Limousin bull for a few years but felt drawn to the opportunity that Stetson represents.
