Great Schools and Low Rates Drive Incredible Real Estate Sales In today’s market, even my retirees and empty nesters consider a great school district before they buy. Great schools equal great resale down the road. We have been incredibly blessed for the past 30 years (yes, they were amazing even back then) with dedicated teachers, administration and parents. Putting the focus on the kids and their growth has made our little city not so little anymore. With that said, the interest rates are at historic low and the affordability index has never been higher. The low rates are driving our economy and will pull us out of the COVID-19 recession. Meet William Allen
Will always thought that he would graduate college and start an auto mechanic shop. That dream changed when he came to work for Randy Bocook and Bocook Realty. “Will caught the Real Estate Bug,” says Randy Bocook and he cannot imagine life without it now. Will is a full time student at Georgia Southern University in Statesboro and still finds time to work 30-40 hours a week for Bocook Realty. Will says that “Randy said that I have to graduate college and have a degree because it will build character and discipline.” Will is in charge of putting out signs, lockboxes, and doing rental move ins and move outs; as well as organizing and distributing marketing mail-outs. “I have seen big growth in him in the past 2 years and he is turning into a fine young man,” Bocook says. He is currently juggling a full schedule and taking the real estate course. “I will be the #1 agent with Bocook Realty one day,” says Will. I would not bet against this incredible man!

Meet Elizabeth Crapse
Agent of the Month
Dealing with adversity and hardship is something that you would never guess Liz had to overcome. Single mom of three beautiful kids: Clayton 16, Nathan 12 and Aubrey 9. Clayton is in the 11th grade and attends the STEM Academy. Nathan is in the 7th grade and plays baseball and Aubrey is in the 4th grade and participates in cheerleading. Liz keeps a smile on her face and chooses to see the best that life has to give. Liz has been licensed for six years and has been a top buyer’s agent for Bocook Realty for almost five of those years. “Liz has proven that you can set goals and accomplish each one of them,” Randy Bocook says. “I am proud of her. She has a lot on her plate and she always puts her client’s needs ahead of her own. Liz lives in Effingham but has made clients very happy all over the coastal area.” When Liz is not selling homes, she is spending time with her very active kids at their sports.
