Richmond Hill from $250,000 to $350,000. There are more listed, but they are new construction with an undetermined completion date. The Rental Market is at 99% +. If you want to live in Richmond Hill, and you are in that price range (that is the median price range for us), you are out of luck or have to go up or down to find a home.
