Coming Soon...Fall Bulls
We are excited to announce the expansion of our program to offer fall bulls! A select group of 50 head of SimAngus bulls will be available for sale private treaty September 1st, 2025. Pictures and videos will be posted on our website in August. The fall bulls will be developed and managed the same way as the spring bulls we market. Bulls will be sire verified, coat color and polled status tested as well as 100k tested to generate Genomically Enhanced EPDs.
Sires represented include Iconic, GOAT, Power Ball, Rawhide, Right Here and Fire Power.

Meet the Multiplier
Cory Rains of Rains Simmentals is the most recent addition to our group of core multipliers. He began sending us bulls back in 2020, and we couldn’t be happier about him joining the team. Cory brings a passion for the cattle business and dedication to quality that is second to none. He isn’t afraid to talk to anyone or make friends, which makes him one of our loudest cheerleaders.
The highlights of his breeding program include Platinum, aka Bob the baldy from the 2023 sale season purchased by Ron Gilliland, Power Stroke that joined the Wendell Cattle bull battery in 2024 and Black Jack (pictured on the opposite page) purchased this spring by Hanel’s Black Simmentals of Courtland, KS.
When Cory isn’t attending a Simmental sale or working on planned matings for the upcoming year, you can find him attending his kids’ sporting events or driving through his impressive cow herd. Cory and his wife Amy have three kids, Carly, Chloe and Brody, all of whom are intricate in the day to day at Rains Simmentals.
