Sometimes I feel as though

I was made to be

An acolyte,

A priest

A martyr

(A little prayer you call forth When you can’t go yo sleep)

I’ve no god I don’t know what to do with all this devotion

(I’ll believe in you)

I’ve hungered for so long, That I’ve forgotten the feeling of it.

I fear that I won’t notice

that I’ve consumed myself from want.
