What’s behind the trend? - Foreign travel broadens the palate, creating a yearning for more back home. - Staycation holidays – instead of foreign jaunts – heighten the longing for exotic street food. Either way – now customers want global cuisine to come to them! Multi-cuisine restaurants meet the desire for spontaneous choice – from Pan-Asian to Mexican, a world tour on one menu.
